With the increasing in the construction of transportation infrastructure in our country,the demand for research on the management of repetitive construction projects of railway and highway is also increasing.In recent years,more and more studies have shown that traditional network planning technique is incompatibility when applied in repetitive construction projects.In this context,the Repetitive Scheduling Method(RSM)has gained more and more recognition from the academic community because of its unique advantages in the application of repetitive construction projects.Taking the railway construction project as the object of study,this thesis studies the railway construction projects construction scheduling and optimization problem based on the RSM method,focusing on the Time Cost Trade-off Problem and Resource Leveling Problem.This thesis firstly elaborates on the background and significance of the study on the construction scheduling and optimization of railway construction projects,analyzes the research results of construction scheduling and optimization at home and abroad.On this basis,this thesis proposes a repetitive scheduling method based scheduling and optimization model(RSM-SOM)for repetitive construction projects,which can obtain the optimal construction schedule for two types of optimization problems:time cost trade-off problem and resource balance problem.At the same time,in order to enhance the practicability and flexibility of the RSM-SOM optimization model,the Time Cost Trade-off Problem and Resource Leveling Problem are divided into nine types of optimization problems by introducing the resource constraints,reverse construction activities and atypical construction activities,which gives the model the ability of construction scheduling and optimization to solve the presence of resource constraints,reverse construction activities and atypical construction activities.Finally,this thesis adopts a construction project case used in previous studies and the case of WuZhun railway construction project,and sets seven specific and personalized optimization scenarios for the first case,using RSM-SOM to solve the cases.The solution results are compared with the previous results,which proves that the optimization model is more flexible,practical and effective than the previous optimization model.
