The problem of urban traffic congestion has become a worldwide problem. The development of multi-level integrated passenger transportation system with large-scale rail transit as the main body has become an inevitable trend.Urban rail transit has the characteristics of large volume, fast speed,safety,on-time,environmental protection, energy conservation and land use.Countries all over the world generally recognize that giving priority to the development of urban public transport system with rail transit as the backbone is the fundamental solution to urban traffic problems. The path has also become the focus of development in many major cities. In order to deeply analyze the travel behavior decision of rail transit, this paper studies the travel behavior of rail transit and the attraction range of passenger flow from the perspective of the whole process. On the basis of comprehensive consideration of the connection level,personal/family socio-economic attributes and travel characteristics, the behavioral analysis model of the choice of the mode of travel and the connection mode of the rail transit is selected separately, and the quantitative analysis of the connection level to the rail transit behavior is emphasized. The impact of the time and generalized cost as a decision on the attraction of rail transit passenger flow,to provide a reference for the rational planning of the track network, measuring the size of the connection facilities.Firstly, the research and design of the travel behavior based on the whole process of rail transit is carried out,and the travel behavior of the whole process rail transit is defined as the travel mode selection behavior of the rail transit and the choice of the connection mode.Based on the 2014 Beijing residents travel survey data, using the network information extraction, geographic information system spatial analysis and other methods, the raw data such as urban geographic information, public transportation network and resident travel information are collected and collected to form the research data.Secondly, based on the two sets of research data for the impact analysis of the rail transit mode selection and the impact analysis of the rail transit mode selection, statistical comparison analysis is carried out from the personal/family attributes and travel characteristics, then qualitatively analyze the relationship between personal/family attributes, travel characteristics, connection level and the choice of rail transit mode and choice of connection mode to support the selection of variables in the subsequent model construction.Thirdly, the research on the travel behavior of rail transit based on the whole process is carried out,and the selection model of rail transit mode based on NL(Nested Logit)and the selection model of rail transit mode based on MNL(Multinomial Logit)are constructed respectively to quantitatively analyze the travel characteristics. The impact of the connection level on the choice of rail transit and connection methods. In addition, based on the calibration results of the behavioral analysis model, the sensitivity analysis of the mechanism of the rail transit connection level in the decision-making process of the whole process of rail transit travel is focused. Finally, based on the two decisions of time and generalized cost, the model of passenger flow attraction range of rail transit station is established, and the solution idea is proposed. Two kinds of decision-making methods are used to calculate the attraction range of passenger flow from Anheqiaobei to Xizhimen Station of Beijing Metro Line 4 as an example.Compare and analyze with empirical data. The research results show that the calculation result of the passenger flow attraction range based on the generalized cost is closer to the choice of the connection method of the empirical data traveler,so it shows that the traveler will pay more attention to the generalized cost, that is,the comprehensive consideration of time and cost.
