With the changing demand structure of social freight transport and the rapid development of e-commerce,the output and transport demand of high value-added freight in small batches and multi batches are rising sharply.In addition,with the continuous improvement of high-speed railway and passenger dedicated line network,the capacity of existing lines has been greatly released,which provides good conditions for railway express freight transport organization.Moreover,the continuous deepening of China's railway freight transport organization reform and the vigorous implementation of the railway system reform have also prompted the freight transport organization to gradually move to the market,paying more attention to the needs of shipper.As a guiding document for railway transportation organizations,the train operation plan will directly affect the production efficiency and service level of railway transportation.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the express freight train operation plan that considers the interests of shipper,which is conducive to attracting more sources of freight,improving train quality and service level,promoting the development of China's railway express freight transportation.Based on the above background,this paper has studied a large number of relevant literatures on the railway express train operation plan and railway freight train transport organization based on shipper satisfaction,summed up some problems and shortcomings of existing research,and discussed in depth about operation plan of express freight train.On the basis of fully considering the satisfaction of the shipper,the model of the operation plan was established and the corresponding algorithm was designed.The effectiveness of the model and algorithm was verified by a numerical example.Firstly,the paper makes a theoretical analysis of the problem of express freight train operation plan,and summarizes its definition and function.It also analyses the content of express train operation plan and difference from freight train formation plan,discusses in detail the status quo of the trains and the influencing factors of transportation demand,and analyses the related market demand,and puts forward the problems faced by express train in China.It lays a foundation for the establishment of the model of express freight train operation scheme.Then,the paper introduces the shipper satisfaction theory,in order to measure the shipper's satisfaction,fully reflects the shipper's preference for railway transportation quality and service level,the paper further introduce the concept of hour consumption that the shipper is satisfied with,so as to quantify the satisfaction of the shipper.When the shipper's satisfaction is low,a certain penalty fee will be imposed on the railway.On this basis,taking the minimum total transportation cost of railway as the objective function,considering the constraints of freight flow,number of train marshalling,interval capacity,station capacity,etc.,an express freight train operation plan model considering the satisfaction of shippers is established.When building the model,the number of train marshalling vehicles is set as an interval value,which is more suitable for the flexible characteristics of express freight train formation.In view of the high complexity of the model,the symbols,objective functions and constraints involved in the model are analyzed through a specific small-scale example,which further illustrates the correctness of the model.Next,the paper designs an alternative path solving strategy based on Yen algorithm.Aiming at the characteristics of the model as a non-linear programming,this paper designs a simulated annealing algorithm,explains the specific strategy of the algorithm design in detail,and gives the concrete implementation steps and flow chart of the algorithm.Its neighborhood search is divided into two stages,which improves the efficiency of the algorithm to a certain extent.Finally,a specific numerical example is given.The model and algorithm proposed in this paper are used to solve the problem of express freight train operation plan.The results show that 98.9%of the shippers are satisfied with the plan,which indicates that the shippers are satisfied with the plan.The validity of the model and algorithm is verified by sorting out and analyzing the solution results,which further illustrates the feasibility of the theoretical research in this paper.This paper studies the theory and method of express freight train operation plan considering the satisfaction of shippers,which can provide reference for railway express train transportation organization.It is an effective supplement to the theoretical system of railway express freight transportation organization and has certain theoretical significance and practical value.
