Railway Signal Maintenance Technology Based On MRO Knowledge Management

With the development of Chinese economy,railway transport plays an increasingly important role in traffic construction.At present,the maintenance technology adopted on site is relatively backward,and the effective utilization rate of information in daily inspection,breakdown maintenance,maintenance control and other aspects is low,railway signal maintenance lacks of professional and effective railway signal maintenance knowledge management.The maintenance MRO(Maintenance,Repair and Overhaul/Operation)knowledge management is applied,tlhus improving the safety of the maintenance process,reduce the maintenance cost,extend the service cycle of the equipment,and improve the overall railway transport efficiency.Use maintenance MRO knowledge management to realize the overall deployment of railway signal maintenance process resources and effective management and reasonable deployment of maintenance tools,maintenance stations,maintenance personnel and other maintenance resources in the maintenance process.By studying the MRO knowledge characteristics of railway signal maintenance,an intelligent decision-making service system for railway signal maintenance based on MRO knowledge management is established with the maintenance BOM(Bill of Materiel).Railway signal maintenance intelligent decision-making service system expects to change the operation mode of railway signal maintenance personnel,standardize the operation process,improve the maintenance efficiency,and ensure the personal safety of railway signal maintenance personnel.The research of this dissertation can be summarized as the following four aspects:(1)Dissertation first introduces the organization structure and main business of the electricity depot,analyzes the main content of electricity maintenance,and combines with the daily operation maintenance process of railway signal.Then,the functional requirements of the MRO knowledge management system for electrical maintenance are analyzed.(2)Through a large number of literature and research work,dissertation summarizes the connotation and development of MRO knowledge management,and analyzes the main business,architecture and key support technologies of MRO services.(3)By analyzing the MRO knowledge characteristics of railway signal maintenance,this dissertation establishes the railway signal MRO knowledge management system based on the requirements of operation and maintenance services for MRO knowledge.And MRO knowledge such as maintenance procedures,maintenance resources,maintenance history and maintenance cases are respectively established into a knowledge model.By constructing MRO knowledge organization mode with maintenance BOM as the core,effective management of knowledge with various types,cycle and dynamic changes can be realized.(4)Through the knowledge management method of railway signal maintenance MRO,the railway signal maintenance patrol maintenance and intelligent decision-making service system is designed and realized.According to the railway signal maintenance functional requirements analysis completed the relevant functional modules,and verify the feasibility of the system functions.
