| The construction machinery configuration scheme of subgrade directly affects the quality,economy,traffic,culture,progress,cost and environment of the whole project.At present,some construction team members only analyze the mechanical properties and selection principles when compiling the construction organization design,use years of work experience,and use the simple calculation method of subjective static to determine the mechanical configuration plan,which may lead to the delay of the construction period or increase the cost;At the same time,subgrade construction machinery in the construction process will produce a lot of carbon dioxide,leading to global warming.In order to solve these problems,this paper analyzes and summarizes the existing construction machinery optimal configuration model,and on this basis builds the subgrade construction machinery optimal configuration model under the constraint of carbon emission,and finally uses the Quantum Particle Swarm Optimization(QPSO)to solve the model.This paper is divided into three parts to study the subgrade construction machinery optimal configuration model under the constraint of carbon emission.Firstly,use the literature analysis and qualitative analysis of subgrade construction of general principles of mechanical configuration,the configuration process,configuration system,as well as the construction machinery configuration scheme evaluation method are analyzed,and sort out the mechanical configuration model of the optimization goal,for the construction of subgrade construction machinery optimized configuration model provides the basis.Secondly,use the quantitative analysis method to calculate the target elements,build the functional relationship between the target and the construction machinery configuration scheme,and put forward the carbon emission factors,through the qualitative and quantitative method to build the subgrade construction machinery optimal configuration model under the constraint of carbon emission.Thirdly,the optimal allocation model of subgrade construction machinery under the constraint of carbon emission is solved.Firstly,the literature analysis method is adopted to obtain that the QPSO has good global search ability in solving multi-objective optimization problems,and then design the QPSO.Finally,the QPSO is used to calculate the model.The practicality and operability of railway subgrade construction machinery optimal configuration model under the constraint of carbon emission and the feasibility of QPSO in solving the problem of optimal allocation of machinery were verified by taking the XX to XX line of a new section of railway subgrade construction as an example.The result shows: railway subgrade construction machinery optimal configuration model under the constraint of carbon emission calculating results in cost than the biggest cost decreased by 20.28%,the construction period was down more than 15.34%,maximum time limit carbon emissions than the largest carbon emissions decreased by 11.07%,the target value is close to the minimum,as far as possible that QPSO to solve the model played a very good calculation,optimization and search the global optimal solution.The comparison between the solution results of the railway subgrade construction machinery optimal configuration model under the constraint of carbon emission and the solution results of the existing machinery optimal allocation model shows that the carbon emission has been reduced by 14.69%,and the cost control has been improved by 8.07%.Although the construction period has been increased by 4.76 days,it is still within the stipulated contract period.It is proved that the model is practicable in monitoring carbon emission and selecting construction machinery configuration scheme.Based on carbon emissions constraints optimization allocation model of subgrade construction machinery research,make the construction enterprise can not only visual observation each construction machinery configuration scheme of the construction period and cost,also can direct observation of carbon emissions,choose more in line with the construction enterprise standard mechanical configuration of the best solutions,provide certain help for the construction enterprise. |
