Design And Research Of Traffic Credit Information Management System In Urumqi

The social credit system is an indispensable part of the market economy.Accelerating the construction of the credit system,establishing a sound credit system and relying on the rapid development of information technology to strengthen credit management are of great significance to the transportation industry to better serve social and economic development.In accordance with the requirements of the “Ministry of Provincial Departments”of the Ministry of Communications of Xinjiang,this paper draws on the successful experiences of other provinces and cities,combining the development needs of the Urumqi transportation industry,the design principles,overall framework,technical implementation route and functional modules of the system are described,the system data service center and the Urumqi traffic cloud platform were set up as the supporting operation background of the system,and finally realized the functions required by the entire platform and the project.The design of the system data service center and the design and implementation of the platform are introduced in detail.Five databases,such as foundation,business,theme,exchange and sharing,are established.The logical relationship of the database is built,and the construction of the storage system and the security of the information are mainly solved.System management,service management and operation management are systematically managed in three aspects,which lays the foundation for the operation of the whole system.These designs laid the foundation for the construction and development of the intelligent transportation system in Urumqi,which is an important part of the first phase of Wisdom Logistics in Urumqi,which can provide strong support for the development of Urumqi transportation industry.
