Research On Organic Renewal Planning Model In The Central District Of Lanzhou With Cultural And Creative Industry Direction

Lanzhou is an industrial city developed by industries in modern times.As one of the eight key cities supported by the state during the first Five-Year Plan period,Lanzhou has played an irreplaceable role in the industrial development of New China.However,with the rapid development of the city and the requirements of the construction of ecological civilization,the internal structure of Lanzhou central district has gradually changed,and the speed of industrial transformation and upgrading has accelerated.As a new industry,cultural and creative industries have great potential to promote the development of urban economy.Developing cultural and creative industries in old cities can not only avoid the destruction of urban physical space caused by large-scale "demolishing old buildings and building new ones ",but also preserve the city's memory,reflect the city's characteristics and shape a good image of the city.Based on the practice of integrating cultural and creative industries into urban organic renewal at home and abroad,this paper summarizes their enlightenment to the development of cultural and creative industries in the organic renewal process of the Central District of Lanzhou.Secondly,it combs the current situation of the development of cultural and creative industries in Lanzhou and the urban construction and organic renewal of the central district of Lanzhou,and points out the problems faced by the development of cultural and creative industries in Lanzhou and the organic renewal of the central district of Lanzhou.At the same time,it also analyses the dynamic mechanism,formation mechanism,mode and potential of the development of cultural and creative industry cluster in Lanzhou.Furthermore,by discussing the four aspects of economy,culture,society and space,the interaction between Lanzhou cultural and creative industries and the organic renewal of the central district of Lanzhou is expounded.Based on the current situation of organic renewal in the central district of Lanzhou,this paper constructs three different modes of organic renewal in the central district of Lanzhou under the guidance of cultural and creative industries: the ecological model for improving the environment of the neighborhood,the economic model for creating comprehensive benefits,the life mode of building a cultural community.The ecological model for improving the environment of the neighborhood starts with improving the appearance of old buildings and transforming the public space of the neighborhood;the economic model for creating comprehensive benefits is carried out from the aspects of updating historical building functions and agglomerating new industrial formats;the life mode of building a cultural community is carried out in three aspects: improving the living environment of the old district,reconstructing the historical memory atmosphere,and integrating the creative elements of fashion.Finally,the corresponding implementation strategies are put forward from the aspects of government responsibilities,land use transformation,functional layout,urban culture,capital guarantee and talent construction,which provide theoretical basis and construction guidance for the organic renewal of the central district of Lanzhou under the guidance of cultural and creative industries.
