The low voltage situation in rural power grid has always been a difficult problem for power supply enterprises at all levels at home and abroad.with the rapid development of our country,the living standards of rural residents are gradually improving,and the demand for electricity in rural power distribution network is increasing day by day.Because the rural power grid is weak,the current operation of the line construction time is earlier,the technical requirements and construction standards at that time cannot meet the current rural power demand.although after several rural power grid modifications,a considerable part of the line is still relatively obsolete.Secondly,as the power supply radius is too large,cross-regional power supply is also common.At present,the implementation rate of rural power distribution network automation is low,faults are frequent,the transfer power supply capacity is poor,and some rural power network lines in mountainous areas have serious losses,the allocation of reactive power compensation is insufficient,and there is also a lack of operation and management.The existing power technology and grid configuration of the above rural power grids have not kept up with the development speed of the country,resulting in frequent occurrence of low voltage,which seriously affects the normal life of rural residents and will inevitably hinder the development of rural economy.Therefore,our country pays more and more attention to the medium and low voltage control of rural power grid.This paper takes the low voltage of rural power grid in Yangshan county in the Northern Mountain as the research object,and puts forward improvement measures and carries out practice and research in combination with the special situation of mountainous areas in the county.Firstly,this paper analyzes the current situation andcauses of low voltage in Yangshan county in the Northern Mountain,and briefly expounds the significance of improving low voltage.The county distribution network automation application rate is low and the failure treatment effect is not good.The effect of reactive power compensation is not good.The unbalanced three-phase transformer and the excessive line loss all affect the power quality and cause the low voltage of users.Secondly,four improvement methods are confirmed through research: first,the research and effect analysis of distribution network automation fault handling technology.After the distribution network automation is implemented,the outage time can be greatly reduced,the maintenance speed can be accelerated,the power supply reliability can be improved,the power quality can be improved,and the loss caused by the failure of the line can be reduced.Secondly,research on reactive power compensation and loss reduction methods.Reactive power compensation is a safe,reliable,economical and applicable method to improve power quality and effectively reduce losses.It can improve the voltage level of the system,reduce line loss,improve the power factor and enhance the stability of the system.The third is the harm of transformer three-phase imbalance and its control measures.the transformer three-phase imbalance will lead to increased transformer losses,damage to electrical equipment,increased line losses and reduced transformer output.these are all factors that cause poor power quality and increased losses.Fourthly,research on measures to reduce line loss.Line loss is an important economic and technical index for power supply enterprises.reducing line loss can effectively improve the power quality of rural power network and increase the voltage value of end users of distribution network.it is a very reliable and direct technical means to improve the low voltage situation of rural power network.Finally,the feasibility of the study is obtained through the analysis of the actual application effect of distribution network automation coverage in the county,the analysis of the loss reduction case after reactive power compensation optimization,the analysis of the additional loss case of distribution transformer in the county power supply company,and the analysis of the effect before and after loss reduction.The example proves that the above four methods can improve the voltage quality,reduce energy loss and improve the lowvoltage situation of rural power grid.
