As a new energy source,supercapacitor has been integrated into our production and life for a long time.With the rise of electric vehicles in recent years,supercapacitor has been developed in a new round.At present,the combination of supercapacitors and batteries is often used to provide power for hybrid electric vehicles.Utilizing the instantaneous high-power discharge characteristics of supercapacitor to provide power for vehicles and help them start.With the development of supercapacitor,people pay more and more attention to supercapacitor charging device.Because the charging characteristics of the charger are designed and developed according to the charging characteristics of the supercapacitor,the quality of the charger directly determines the service life of the supercapacitor.With the acceleration pace of life and the increasing cost of time,how to charge the supercapacitor quickly and efficiently without affecting the life of the supercapacitor becomes an extremely important issue.This thesis mainly studies and designs the charging device,which is suitable for Maxwell's bmod0058 model,a specific supercapacitor model.The design means mainly include quantitative calculation and control theory,which makes the device suitable for application in engineering practice.The main purpose of this thesis is to study a charging method suitable for supercapacitors,so as to make the charging more efficient.In this thesis,the whole charging device is divided into two parts: the main circuit and the control circuit,which are studied and designed separately.Firstly,it is about the main circuit design.After studying and analyzing the charging characteristics of supercapacitor,the main topology of the main circuit is selected.Then according to the output parameters,the main component parameters of the main circuit are calculated,and a set of charging main circuit parts suitable for charging objects is designed.Secondly,the core control system of the charging device is studied and designed.The control part of the charging device is simulated and modeled by using the MATLAB software in the industrial computer,and the input signal is processed by PI regulating module,which achieves the purpose of accurate and stable control.Finally,in order to verify the correctness of the whole design,the hardware-in-the-loop simulation method is used to connect the physical main circuit with the virtual controller which is built by the software of MATLAB in the industrial computer.The waveform of the output signal is tested by the oscilloscope,and the correctness of the whole system is verified.
