The Supercapacitor has higherpower density and energy density than the normal energy storage coponents, so thebidirectional DC/DC converter based on Supercapacitor has widely applications inelevator, electric automobile and new energy fields and so on.The theroy of non-isolated bidirectional DC/DC converter based onSupercapacitor was analyzed in this article, to enhance the efficiency and reduce theloss of the system the switches of half-bridge converter were drivedcomplementarily, and the bidirectional converter worked in DCM mode. To reducethe ripple of the current of inductor, the interleaving of bidirectional DC/DCconverter was also analyzed in this article. Usually, to increase the voltage level inenergy storage system, the supercapacitor are consisted with many supercapacitorcells in parallel and series, the averaging of the voltage among these supercapacitorswas analyzed.The Matlab/Simulink model and experimental platform of bidirectional DC/DCconverter were set up and the parameteres of the components were choosen and thehardware of the converter was designed in this artcle. The small signal averagingmodel was set to analyse the stability of the bidirectional DC/DC converter, PIcontroller was designed to realize stable close-loop system with short response time.At last, the supercapactitor can charge and discharge with constant current bysumlations and experiments, the supercapacitor can absorb the instantaneous powercame from the loads, and applied the instantaneous power for the loads. Thepractical significance of supercapacitor energy storage system was verified. |
