| With the development of science and technology,the technical level and research methods of weapons have undergone tremendous changes.The development process,test methods and effect evaluation of missiles,artillery shells,bombs and other lethal weapons are more refined and scientific.Test and evaluation of explosive effect is one of the important contents in the research of lethal weapons.It can be used to evaluate the performance indicators of weapons such as lethality and damage,and can also be used to guide the defense protection and engineering design of military engineering,and has a very important role.Traditional classical physical testing methods are increasingly replaced by the related research and achievements of modern electronic testing.Because the technology of sensors,embedded systems,communication,error theory and other disciplines and fields are applied and integrated into electronic testing technology,its testing function is more excellent.At the same time,it is also developing towards the direction of intelligence,information and networking.However,the explosion will produce strong vibration,strong electromagnetic interference,high temperature,high pressure and so on.In the extremely harsh environment,close range testing and evaluation system requirements are extremely harsh,and are often greatly affected and not good.Facing these problems,it is of great significance to study and establish a long-distance detection system for explosion process.Firstly,the thesis investigates the current situation of the explosion process detector system at home and abroad,and puts forward the research contents and objectives of the explosion process remote detection system based on APD.Secondly,according to the target of the design of the detection system,the design scheme of the detection system is proposed.According to the requirement of the system performance,the type of the photodetector is selected,the sub-function module of the signal conditioning module is designed,and the content of the control and processing module is determined.Then,the photodetector circuit,preamplifier circuit,signal conditioning circuit and control processing circuit are designed,and the μC/OS-Ⅱ core is transplanted to the control processing module,and the software design of the controller is carried out.In addition,this thesis also designs a boost DC voltage source circuit with small size,easy integration,high stability,polar wavelet ripple and a simple and fast voltage source conversion dual power supply(positive and negative power supply)circuit.Finally,the system is simulated and tested.The optical detection circuit monitors the explosion in real time and converts the photoelectric signal.The preamplifier circuit transmits the output voltage signal across the conductance of the current signal.The signal conditioning circuit amplifies the voltage signal again,filters and shapes the voltage signal,and outputs the square wave signal.The control processing circuit judges the output signal and automatically alarms and displays it.The test results show that the detection system designed in this thesis can realize the function of long-distance detection of explosion process,and has the advantages of fast response,high sensitivity,high stability,intelligence and easy expansion.The long-distance detection system for explosion process designed in this thesis is also suitable for weak signal detection,high-speed optical communication and other fields after appropriate modification. |
