Abstract/Summary:
At present,with the rapid development of China’s railway industry,the number of railway infrastructure in China is also increasing,and the management and monitoring of equipment health conditions has not been well resolved.At present,China’s railways mainly adopt the means of "planning repair" for the maintenance of transportation equipment,that is,regular maintenance based on prevention.This traditional maintenance mode can no longer meet the new requirements under the form of railway development in China,it is urgent to monitor and analyze the operation and health status of railway facilities,and adopt an intelligent maintenance mode of "state repair"or "predictive repair".In addition,the current majors of the railway system have accumulated large-scale massive data,and are still showing a growing trend.However,there is still no effective means to uniformly manage the health status of the railway infrastructure,and to effectively mine and analyze the massive data generated during the operation of the equipment.This paper takes the monitoring and analysis of the state of the turnout and the state of the switch machine as the research focus,comprehensively understands the research status at home and abroad,analyzes and puts forward the research ideas of the intelligent monitoring and analysis platform for the railway turnout gap,through the research of related technologies,the state management,intelligent monitoring and comprehensive analysis of railway turnout gap and switch machine equipment are realized.The main research contents of this paper include the following aspects:(1)Firstly,it analyzes the current situation and actual business needs of railway turnout gap monitoring,and according to the current mainstream related technologies of Internet of Things,big data and machine learning,it designs and studies the overall structure,the main functions of each part and related technologies of the big data intelligent monitoring and analysis platform of the switch.(2)On the basis of the design of the big data intelligent monitoring and analysis platform for the railway turnout gap,the specific implementation methods and technical details of each part of the function are deeply studied,including the realization of data acquisition access storage and the realization of big data processing analysis and the realization of the machine learning model of data mining.(3)At the end of the paper,the function and performance of the turnout gap big data intelligent monitoring and analysis platform in the actual production environment are tested in detail.After the research and analysis of the test results,it is proved that the platform designed in this paper can effectively realize the intelligent monitoring and analysis of the turnout gap and the equipment of the switch machine,and meet the management and monitoring requirements of the railway infrastructure for the equipment state.
