According to the requirements of national railway development strategy planning,highspeed railway occupies an important part of railway transportation,and its high-speed and efficient transportation requirements have posed a severe challenge to the quality of railway equipment,especially the weak links in railway equipment and complex structure of turnouts.This requires the railway maintenance and maintenance staff to strengthen the inspection and monitoring of the bifurcation area,and repair in a timely manner of the turnout based on the inspection data.In this paper,based on the statistical analysis results of the actual test data of the irregularity in the turnout area and the comprehensive analysis of the calculation results of the finite element simulation of the dynamic response of the turnout area,the occurrence,development and change rules of the disease in the turnout area and the repair measures of the disease are explored for the turnout area with complex structure and stress.The conclusion of the study has positive effects on the scientific formulation of the maintenance plan in the turnout area,the improvement of the efficiency of the maintenance operation in the turnout area and the prolongation of turnout equipment service life,and the improvement of the railway transport efficiency.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:1.Statistical analysis of measured dynamic and static dataCombined with my on-site work experience,the dynamic and static data of the measured railway turnout area,statistics,and the typical disease types of the turnout area over the past year are analyzed.In the dynamic and static inspection statistics for a one-year period,it was found that common deterioration diseases of turnout equipment,including partial height,level,orbit,gauge,abrasion and sectional orientation,verticality,compound irregularities.as the transportation tasks and traffic density increased,various departments of the public works system need to conduct more detailed analysis of equipment monitoring data to improve maintenance efficiency.2.Vehicle-turnout modeling and measured dynamics analysis of vehicles through turnout No.18The UM software was used to establish the high-speed train and No.18 high-speed turnout models,and the measured vertical irregularities,lateral irregularities,and composite irregularities were applied to obtain the vibration response of the wheel-rail system in the turnout area.The vertical irregularity of the track has a great influence on the lateral interaction between the wheel and the rail,which makes the rail vertical acceleration,the rail vertical displacement,the wheel-rail vertical force,the vertical acceleration of the train,the vertical acceleration of the wheelset,the derailment coefficient and other indicators worse;so dose the lateral irregularity.When all irregularities are taken into consideration before renovation,all the dynamic indicators in the turnout area have been increased,and the track irregularity has a significant impact on the wheel/rail dynamic action.3.Research on the Causes of Typical Turnout Diseases and Their Remedial MeasuresThere are many types of turnout diseases and superimposed compound diseases.This paper analyzes the causes of different types of turnout diseases and the targeted maintenance methods,and shows the complete construction method of replacing the turnout with examples.4.Dynamic analysis of vehicles passing through No.18 turnout after actual measurement and refurbishmentUnder the uneven working conditions of the track after the renovation,the CRH2 multiple unit train obtains the vibration response of the wheel rail system in the turnout area by using the 18 th actionable heart rail single-opening turnout.After adding the uneven track after the renovation,the power index between the wheel rails in the turnout area was reduced before the renovation.Compared with the lateral irregularity of single added track,the indexes of wheelrail lateral force,rail lateral displacement,rail lateral acceleration,vehicle body lateral acceleration,wheelset lateral acceleration,derailment coefficient and so on become smaller,which indicates that the influence of track irregularity on the turnout area after the renovation is less than that of the lateral irregularity of track before the renovation.Comparing the horizontal unevenness of the single-plus track,the horizontal force of the wheel rail,rail vertical displacement,rail vertical acceleration,the lateral acceleration of the body,the wheel-tohorizontal acceleration,the derailment coefficient and other indicators become smaller,which can show that the impact of the uneven track on the turnout area after the renovation is smaller than that of the horizontal unevenness before the renovation;so dose the vertical irregularity.
