Study On Landscape Design Of Old-Age Residential Area From The Perspective Of Healing Landscape

With the rapid development of China's economy,the living standard of residents has been continuously improved.At the same time,the pace of modern social life is too fast and the environment is facing deterioration.The physical and mental health of modern people is affected by the pressure of life and work to varying degrees.It generally shows the negative state of anxiety,depression,indifference and so on.Various occupational diseases and chronic diseases emerge in endlessly.In this new situation,people are eager to optimize and improve the living environment,generally improve the requirements of their living environment,and then improve their sub-health status,promote the healthy development of body and mind.In this context,integrating the concept of rehabilitation landscape into modern community green space can improve the green space of traditional and single community,and give full play to the health and health functions of green space.From the perspective of healing landscape,the old-age residential area refers to the landscape architecture which serves the elderly groups of health,sub-health,chronic diseases and diseases in the residential area,and mainly focuses on the landscape plants of greening type,with water,paving,landscape sketches and infrastructure as auxiliary elements under the guidance of rehabilitation landscape.It mainly promotes the recovery of users'physical and mental condition and social adaptability by passive or active way through natural landscape,in order to maintain,restore or improve people's positive physiological,cognitive and psychological experience in the natural environment,and emphasizes the internal relationship between the spirit,mood and residential environment of various elderly groups in residential areas.It is the derivation and expansion of the meaning and category of medical garden originating from the field of medical and health in the application of residential environment..This paper mainly uses the methods of literature review,comparative analysis,field investigation and empirical research to summarize the characteristics,design strategies,design principles and design element analysis of community green space landscape design from the perspective of rehabilitation landscape.The theory of horticultural therapy,attention recovery and stress relief theory in rehabilitation landscape theory,as well as landscape ecology,environmental psychology and landscape sustainable development theory,are the guidance for the landscape design and study of Guanlanqinyuan Community Landscape Project in Nanjing.Through the analysis of rele,vant theories and cases,it is concluded that the basic characteristics of healing landscape of community green space mainly include soft form,reasonable color,diverse functions,comfortable experience and natural ecology.The design principles that should be followed include accessibility principle,humanization principle,local and regionalization principle,function first principle,ecological sustainability principle and safe asylum principle.Its design strategies mainly include natural curve layout,different rehabilitation function themes,rational use and collocation of environmental colors,connection between different landscape spaces with clues,and the attention to people's senses and experiences.On the basis of its basic characteristics,design principles and design strategies,the healing landscape design of community green space in Guanlanqinyuan,Nanjing was completed.Starting from the positive stimulation of landscape to human senses and experience,combined with the rehabilitation function of health plants,fully utilizing the shape,color and practical function of plants,and other hard landscape elements,landscape design is carried out to create a green rehabilitation landscape in community,which integrates leisure,sightseeing,rehabilitation,gathering and communication,sports and health care.
