Secondary Design Research Of Office Space In High-end Offices

With the rapid development of the economy and society,the office buildings in the city are row upon row.They stand in the center of the city and radiate the entire business center.High-end office buildings have become an important stop for all kinds of enterprises.However,the modern high-end office buildings have a well-decorated initial design,which is the design of the interior of the office space for developers to meet the needs of the big market.This is also the problem of the current high-end office buildings.Although the original design of the original decoration is designed to facilitate the user’s presence and save design time and money,but for more and more enterprises to personalize and diversify,users will have a variety of personalized needs in the process of use.The developer’s finely decorated interior design does not meet the needs of these users.In addition,sustainable development is a long-term strategic goal of China,but the initial design of high-end office space cannot meet the needs of users.When users pursue individualized design,they often remove a large amount of initial design,which will cause huge waste.China’s long-term development plan.This project aims to explore the individualized design requirements of high-end office space,explore deep-level sustainable development and rational use of space,and then optimize the visual effect and comfort of the initial design space,while meeting user needs and It can save resources,reduce pollution,achieve a win-win situation between enterprises and the industry,and make common progress between mankind and society.This paper takes the secondary design of office space as the theoretical basis,combines with the personalized and humanized needs of high-end office space,explores the necessity of secondary design of high-end office building standardization and decoration office space and the positive impact on the optimization design of office space.Aiming at the problem that the current high-end office building standardization decoration space can not be fully utilized by users,such as unreasonable design and waste of resources,the second design method based on space optimization and user utilization rate is summarized.Taking the office space of Mingxi Capital in the Greenland Center as an example,according to the feasibility analysis,it is feasible to explore the design scheme that can fully utilize the standardized and refined decoration of the initial installation matrix,and can meet the current market demand,and standardize the high-end office buildings for users in the future.The relevant research on the secondary design of office space under the decoration matrix provides an effective theoretical basis.
