In the modern war,sudden happen strong,fast war process,combat area wide,full of weapons and equipment has become a remarkable characteristic.In the face of high mobility and emergency combating for a long time,military logistics support is very important.Oil transportation support is an important content of logistics security,has been called the lifeline of the troops.So,establish a rapid response,simple efficient oil supply support is the key to ensure using,force weapons and equipment.In the emergency action,long-distance transportation and deep assault fighting,tanker truck is essential oil support equipment.It is able to take advantage of its own oil storage tank and an external oil source to refueling vehicles,that providing a steady stream blood for modern warfare.Traditional refuel truck on-board refueling equipment refuel for only one object,and take long time,and have low efficiency.Under the environment of war or emergency long march,the traditional refuel efficiency of tanker truck less than fast guarantee requirements.So,this paper is on the base of single gun tanker truck which be used on our equipment.Through researching on the on-board refueling equipment structure and function,it improves to design the six pipes refueling system,and carries on the simulation research.This paper conducts the following research contents:(1)Vehicle refueling equipment was introduced in detail the structure of the main components and the typical operating procedures of a tanker truck.(2)To a certain type of tanker truck for improving object,it basis of the army general trailer chassis.By choosing main refueling equipment,it Improves design of six pipe refueling system,and introduce the function of refueling trailer and operating procedures.(3)Derive the Motor transfer function formula,and make oil conveying control strategy.Being based on PID control and sliding mode variable structure control system effect comparison In Simulink,ensure Sliding mode variable structure control system,and establish motor control model.(4)It builds six pipes refueling system in AMESim software.It sets a interface to connect Simulink and AMESim software and conduct joint simulation,and observe the simulation results.Respectively verify single oil gun working or more oil guns working and the influence of oil gun number increase or decrease to the refueling effect.Through the analysis of the curve,verify the design of six tube refueling system can reach design goal.(5)To eliminate the decrease in the number of oil gun leading to more oil,design the oil gun overcharge adjustment model,simulation analysis was carried on?(6)In view of the vehicle quantitative refueling way,through the electromagnetic valve control and motor frequency conversion control two ways of modeling and ultimately achieve the goal of refueling accuracy.The simulation results show that: this improved design of six pipes oil trailer can refuel more than one car at the same time,and oil guns do not affect each other,and each oil gun stability at a speed of 50 L/min.Refueling system can order to meet the target of rapid,stable,more batch refueling and greatly shorten the filling time and improving the efficiency of refueling.
