The machine spray desulfurization plaster is a new type of green,environmentally friendly plaster material prepared by calcining desulfurization gypsum as the main cementing material.The machine spray desulfurization plastering gypsum solves the quality problems of the traditional plastering materials,such as hollow drum,cracking and falling off.To the same extent,the mechanical spray coating construction of the machine spray desulfurization plastering gypsum not only saves the labor cost,but also improves the construction rate.The machine spray desulfurization plaster has excellent performance and has broad prospects in the future market.Therefore,it is of great significance to develop the machine spray desulfurization plaster.In this project,the optimal dosage range of retarder was determined by studying the effect of a protein retarder on the water consumption,flexural strength,compressive strength and setting time of the standard consistency of desulfurization building gypsum;water retaining agent for different viscosity grades(HPMC),studied the influence of water consumption,setting time,compressive strength,flexural strength,water retention rate and tensile bond strength of desulfurization building gypsum standard consistency,and determined the optimal viscosity level of water retention agent(HPMC).And its range of dosage.Through the design orthogonal test,the optimal ratio of machine spray desulfurization plaster was determined,and the machine spray desulfurization surface plastering gypsum and machine spray desulfurization primer plaster were obtained.The construction process of machine spray desulfurization plaster was studied.The main research results are as follows:(1)The retarder reduces the water consumption of the standard consistency of the desulfurized building gypsum,reduces the flexural and compressive strength of the desulfurized building gypsum,and prolongs the setting time of the desulfurized building gypsum.Under the condition of satisfying the setting time and strength,it is recommended that the retarder dosage be 0.15% to 0.3% of the amount of desulfurization building gypsum.(2)Three different viscosity grade water retention agents(HPMC)have little effect on the setting time of desulfurization building gypsum,increase the water consumption of desulfurization building gypsum standard consistency,improve the water retention rate and tensile bond strength of desulfurization building gypsum,and reduce the desulfurization building.The flexural and compressive strength of gypsum.Among them,100000Pa·s water retention agent(HPMC)has good comprehensive performance for desulfurization building gypsum.It is recommended to use 100000Pa·s water retention agent(HPMC)and the dosage is 0.15%-0.3% of the amount of desulfurization building gypsum.(3)Optimize the ratio of sprayed desulfurization plaster to gypsum by designing orthogonal test,and obtain the optimal ratio of desulfurization plaster of machine spray surface layer: 1000 g of desulfurization building gypsum,and the dosage of retarder is 0.17% of desulfurization building gypsum.The amount of water-retaining agent(HPMC)is 0.17% of the amount of desulfurization building gypsum;the optimal ratio of machine spray bottom desulfurization plaster: 1000 g of desulfurization building gypsum,0.23% of retarder is used for desulfurization building gypsum,water retention agent(HPMC)The dosage is 0.15% of the amount of desulfurized building gypsum and the ratio of the paste is 0.5.(4)Summarize the construction process of the machine spray desulfurization plaster.
