With the emergence of energy crisis and the development of building energy saving technology, heat recovery technology,a good strategy to solve the two major problems of energy saving and indoor air quality, emerged as the times require.Firstly, based on the characteristics of human heat dissipation(humidity),the effects of human moisture dissipation on indoor relative humidity under different human densities are discussed through comparison and analysis of simulation and measurement. The results show that human heat dissipation,as the main moisture dissipation element of office buildings in cold areas, can make the indoor relative humidity increase significantly. Then the energy-saving situation of office buildings in cold regions in winter after the adoption of heat recovery device is analyzed.Through simulation analysis,it is discussed whether the total heat recovery device is suitable for office buildings in cold regions of northern China when the human body's moisture dissipation is considered in detail. The results show that office buildings in cold regions of Northern China are not suitable for mining in winter only through the human body's moisture dissipation as the main indoor moisture dissipation element.Use a total heat recovery unit.By comparing and analyzing the influence of different monthly humidity on the recovery of total heat recovery device,if humidifying equipment is used to make indoor relative humidity comfortable to human body,it can be used not only for total heat recovery, but also for comfortable relative humidity in winter.Based on the comparative analysis of economic analysis and other applications, the results show that if humidification equipment is used, not only the return cycle can be within the acceptable range, but also the environment ean be in a suitable state of human heat and humidity.
