In the modern society,the competition of related products between enterprises is more reflected in the control of equipment energy consumption.When the overall price growth of products and equipment is relatively stable,the internal cost control of enterprises will directly affect the profitability of enterprises.According to the latest statistics of refrigeration express in China,lighting energy consumption and air conditioning energy consumption account for the largest proportion in green public buildings.Among them,the energy consumption of central air conditioning in green public buildings accounts for 50%of the total energy consumption of buildings.The main factors that lead to the increase of energy consumption of air conditioning system in green public buildings are the long operating cycle of air conditioning system,high noise and low system operating performance parameters.Therefore,the public air conditioning system with poor sound insulation effect and large noise is inconsistent with the operation requirements of green public buildings,which not only fails to achieve the effect of "energy saving","green" and "environmental protection",but also causes huge pollution,damage and influence to the public building environment.Based on this,the air conditioning system in green public buildings can be optimized and improved to improve the overall operation performance of the air conditioning system in public buildings,so as to save energy and reduce noise.The main research contents of this study are these as follows:1)Based on the investigation of the form of building air conditioning system,performance of main equipment,airflow organization,noise elimination and other aspects,energy conservation analysis and optimization design of heat and cold sources and power equipment of air conditioning system are carried out,and the optimal design scheme of energy conservation and noise reduction is put forward.2)Use revite software to conduct studio modeling,select multiple test points in the model,and use noise meter to conduct noise test for each test point.ODEON is used to simulate the sound environment of the studio and analyze the distribution rules of noise in the studio under different air distribution modes.3)SEDU is used to simulate the building’s external noise environment,analyze the impact of outdoor noise on the indoor sound environment,and evaluate the green building noise environment through the sound insulation optimization design of building envelope.The research shows that:1)the load of air conditioning system has a great impact on the indoor noise of buildings.When the air conditioning system in green public buildings is silenced and denoted,it is necessary to calculate the cold load and heat load of building air conditioning respectively.2)by optimizing and improving the air conditioning system for noise elimination and dryness,the comprehensive operating performance of the air conditioning system of the public building can be improved,and the overall operating energy consumption of the equipment and buildings can be reduced,so as to achieve good energy saving and noise reduction effects.3)the air conditioning system can be muffled in two ways:reasonable wind speed control and muffler.For the studio to achieve indoor noise evaluation number,at least two levels of mufflers are required,that is,more than two mufflers are set on the air supply and return duct.A certain distance between the two mufflers can make the air flow in each muffler more uniform and better than the following muffler.4)the floor air supply has a great impact on the noise of people in the space,and the noise pressure level of the measurement of air supply mode drops from 72dB to 56dB.The noise pressure level of the top air supply mode decreased from 72dB to 56dB.That is,the top and side air supply have advantages and disadvantages,are superior to the floor air supply.5)by optimizing the sound insulation of building envelope,the indoor noise standard can reach the green building standard.
