In recent years,most of the studies on electroosmosis are one-dimensional electroosmosis experiments using electrode rods as electrodes under indoor conditions.But in practical engineering,there will be a variety of situations,so there are also a variety of electrode layout forms and electrode shapes.Electro-osmosis method has the advantages of fast reinforcement speed and high safety.Its drainage consolidation process has nothing to do with permeability coefficient.It can be used to treat soft clay with high compressibility,low perrneability coefficient and very fine particles.Therefore,under the premise of various types of electrode arrangement,we can make further research from the angle of changing the shape of the electrode and using the electrode plate as the electrode.This paper describes the research status of electroosmosis at home and abroad,introduces the micro-mechanism and reinforcement principle of electroosmosis method,designs the experimental device,carries out the experimental research on electroosmosis and electrochemical grouting of electrodes in soft clay of a foundation pit in Shenyang through a series of indoor model tests,and makes simulation analysis and Research on electroosmosis test.Study.The influence on the reinforcement depth and scope of soft clay is discussed,which provides theoretical guidance for the practicability of electroosmotic method in engineering.The main contents and achievements are as follows:Firstly,the drainage curve of basic electroosmosis test is roughly divided into fast drainage stage,slow drainage stage and basic undrained stage.According to the curve form,the drainage fitting in the form of hyperbolic function and exponential function is discussed.Then,the electroosmotic drainage consolidation test is selected as the prototype,and the potential field distribution in the X and Y directions is fitted by the test data.The potential field distribution in the process of electroosmotic drainage consolidation is simulated by programming,and the simulation results are analyzed.The potential field distribution is compared with the bearing capacity of soil after reinforcement,and the potential field score is obtained.The relationship between cloth and bearing capacity.The results show that the distribution of bearing capacity is correlated with the distribution of potential field and potential gradient.The reinforcement effect of soil is largely affected by the distribution of potential field.The greater the potential field strength,the better the reinforcement effect.On the basis of the previous simulation analysis,four groups of electroosmosis tests with different size plates as electrodes were carried out to study the reinforcing depth in shallow soft soil.The physical parameters of each group of tests were tested and recorded.The relationship between the reinforcing depth and the diameter of the plates,as well as the parameters of current,drainage and energy consumption with time were obtained.According to the soil reinforcement depth and scope measured by each group of tests,the best scheme is determined by combining the energy consumption.on the basis of the best electroosmosis test scheme,electrochemical reinforcement test was carried out.Calcium chloride solution and alkaline calcium chloride solution were injected into the test soil,and compared with the electroosmosis test under the same conditions in drainage,energy consumption and bearing capacity.The results show that the depth of soil reinforcement will not increase linearly with the increase of the electrode plate:in the electroosmosis test,and using large anode and small cathode as the electrode can save energy consumption on the basis of achieving the same reinforcement effect.The drainage of electrochemical grouting test decreases,the total energy consumption increases relatively,but the bearing capacity is improved.Through the study,it is concluded that alkaline solution injection is the best grouting scheme.
