At present,in the process of urban planning,three districts and three lines are taken as the basis to unify the spatial composition of the whole region,which has gradually been attached importance to and become an important part of the reform of China’s spatial planning system.The delimitation of three districts and three lines can effectively restrict the disorderly development of the city.Through the management and control of three districts and three lines,the city can develop steadily and reduce the occurrence of urban problems effectively.For mountainous cities,natural resources and species are abundant,ecological sensitivity is high,ecological value is large,ecological space is large,but because of this,its urban development is constrained by ecological conditions,how to coordinate the contradiction between protection and development has become the main thread of this study.As a typical mountainous city and the birthplace of Hun,Qing,Chai and Liu rivers,Qingyuan County is a typical ecological conservation area as well as a national ecological demonstration county.This study fully grasps the characteristics of ecological priority of Qingyuan County,delimits three districts,three lines and optimizes urban and rural space from the perspective of protection and development.Layout.The general idea of this study is from basic research to practical research,and the main content is from two angles to draw the final conclusion.First of all,based on the basic research,through the introduction of the first chapter,as well as the research progress of the second chapter,this paper studies the starting point,objectives and methods of the three districts and three fronts delimitation at home and abroad,and thus draws the inspiration for this study,that is,for Qingyuan County,ecological protection as the first priority of urban development.However,economic development is also hindered.Conservation and development need to go hand in hand.Therefore,this study coordinates the contradiction between resource protection and urban development from the perspective of planning.At the same time,two main lines of this paper are formed.Secondly,for practical research,the third chapter is the current situation of the development of Qingyuan County and the analysis of the elements of space control,mainly analyzes the natural resources and spatial distribution of two aspects,further analysis of the factors affecting the Qingyuan County space control,laying the foundation for the follow-up study of four or five chapters.From the point of view of protecting the natural background,the study of delineation of the three districts and three lines is the fourth chapter.This paper analyzes the basic conditions of the development of ecology,agriculture and urban space,mainly uses the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and the overlay analysis of GIS to study the delineation of three types of space and control lines,and takes the study of ecological space as the precondition of the study of agriculture and urban space and control lines,and takes ecological protection as the precondition.As an obstacle factor,importance evaluation is a drag factor in agricultural and urban spatial research.Finally,we draw the preliminary results of the three districts and three lines.From the perspective of urban development,we study the three district and three line layout,that is,the fifth chapter.Mainly use the space of three districts and three lines to carry on the layout research separately,mainly for the overall layout of ecology,agriculture and town space,then adjust the result of three districts and three lines delimitation,and form the optimal delimitation conclusion.
