In recent years,China's construction industry has developed rapidly.Under the background of economic globalization and technological innovation,the construction industry has gradually become diversified and large-scale,and the complexity and scale of projects are also increasing.Large-scale cluster engineering projects have the characteristics of complexity,structural diversity and irreversibility,and have high requirements and standards for participating organizations and their managers.Under the influence of economic globalization,market competition is accelerating constantly.With its own advantages,large-scale cluster projects can easily replace resources among enterprises,thereby continuously improving the core competitiveness of enterprises.In order to survive in this environment,traditional large-scale cluster projects must carry out collaborative innovation,which has already become an important part of national economic development.This paper takes large-scale cluster engineering projects as the research object,takes the performance evaluation of collaborative innovation of large-scale cluster engineering projects as the core,establishes a binary semantic model,and conducts an empirical study on the performance evaluation of collaborative innovation of large-scale cluster engineering projects in Heilongjiang Province.Firstly,based on the theory of performance evaluation of collaborative innovation in large-scale cluster projects,this paper initially establishes the performance evaluation index system of collaborative innovation by using logical framework method and literature research method,and uses SPSS software to calculate the degree of commonality to screen the performance evaluation index;secondly,it collects the data by questionnaire and uses AHP to analyze the sample data.Finally,a performance evaluation model based on binary semantics is established to determine the performance of collaborative innovation performance evaluation index of large-scale cluster projects in Heilongjiang Province by using synergy degree,and corresponding suggestions and countermeasures are given.Through the empirical study on the performance evaluation of collaborative innovation of large-scale cluster projects in Heilongjiang Province,it is found that there are some problems in the process of collaborative innovation of large-scale cluster projects.Based on the results of the evaluation,feedback suggestions are put forward,which provide a reference basis for the indicators that need to be paid more attention to in the process of collaborative innovation by the main body of collaborative innovation,and also can guide the main innovators of collaborative innovation.Enhance the performance of collaborative innovation.
