Research On Urban Micro Commercial Facilities Planning Based On Environmental Behavior Theory

The development of urban street space vitality is of great significance to the shaping of urban overall vitality,urban economic development and social development.Breakfast kiosks,newspaper kiosks and mobile vendors in public spaces such as urban streets and squares are not only the basis of urban commerce,but also the supplement of modem urban commerce.This study defines them as "micro-commercial facilities".Micro-commercial facilities are widely distributed,flexible and diverse,and play an important role in shaping the vitality of the city.From the perspective of environmental behavior,the study of people's behavior needs of using micro-commercial facilities can put forward more targeted planning and design strategies of micro-commercial facilities,help to improve the layout model of micro-commercial facilities,and promote the development of urban modernization.This paper takes urban micro-commercial facilities as the research object,and defines the concept of micro-commercial facilities through similar concepts such as retail business,community business facilities and "micro public service facilities".Guided by the theory of environmental behavior,this study selected seven suitability evaluation indicators for micro-comlercial facilities,and established a suitability evaluation system for micro-commercial facilities.Taking Gogol Street as an example,this study obtains the current situation and distribution of micro-commercial facilities in the middle section of Gogol Street through field investigation and questionnaire survey,as well as the behavior mode of people using micro-commercial facilities,and obtains the quantitative basic data of each evaluation index of micro-commercial facilities.Through the suitability evaluation of micro-commercial facilities,the distribution map of the results of suitability evaluation of micro-commercial facilities in Gogol Street was obtained.Finally,based on the analysis of the results of the suitability evaluation of micro-commercial facilities in Gogol Street,this paper puts forward the planning and design strategy of micro-commercial facilities in Gogol Street.Based on the theory of environmental behavior,this study establishes a suitability evaluation system of micro-commercial facilities by means of literature research and field investigation,and puts forward corresponding planning and design strategies,so as to make the planning of micro-comnercial facilities as an important part of the planning of urban commercial service facilities system,and to guide the planning of micro-commercial facilities.It is of great significance.This research can guide the future development direction of micro-commercial facilities planning,make it more in line with peopled living needs,increase the frequency of use,and promote the vitality of the city through the study of the deland for the use of micro-commercial facilities.At the same time,the empirical analysis of micro-commercial facilities in Gogol Street,as a typical example of micro-commercial facilities planning and transformation,will also provide ideas for the planning of micro-commercial facilities in other cities and regions in China.
