| Ancient Chinese academies have carried thousands of years of excellent education culture and are precious products of Chinese civilization.As a highly distinctive educational organization,they emphasize that the primary task of education is to cultivate people’s virtues and enhance students’ moral cultivation.They have played an important role in the cultivation of talents,cultural heritage and social education in ancient China.In terms of material conditions,the academy environment attaches importance to mountains and rivers,advocates nature,pays attention to the creation of communication space for ideological communication,and creates a learning atmosphere of respecting teachers,devoting oneself to practice and cultivating sentiments.The purpose is to cultivate the character of teachers and students with the environment,so that teachers and students can realize the way of learning and cultivating their morality in invisible.This idea of environmental construction of ancient Chinese academies has great reference significance for contemporary campus landscape design.The first part of this paper elaborates the graduation project-Landscape Design of No.1 Middle School in Shuozhou City.By analyzing the general situation of the project and combining the two design concepts of attaching importance to communication space design and moral education environment construction,this paper expounds in detail the four space structure designs of the entrance space,teaching space,moral education space and recreational space of No.1 Middle School in Shuozhou City,the natural and simple architectural design,and the landscape composition designs of sketches and plants with civilized meanings.The second part is about the theoretical thinking and elaboration of the application of academy environment construction techniques in the landscape design of No.1 Middle School in Shuozhou City.Firstly,it discusses the moral education thoughts expressed in the ancient academy environment construction from four aspects: the combination of Chinese traditional doctrine and arts,the simplicity and nature,the respect for teachers and the dignity of gentlemen.Then it analyses the methods of academy environment construction from two aspects of communication space construction and education environment construction.Finally,it elaborates that these two methods of environment construction are applied to the landscape design of No.1 Middle School in Shuozhou City by means of space structure,architecture and landscape composition. |
