In the power operation system,Gas Insulated Switchgear(GIS)is a key equipment.it contains many components,and its structure is complicated.The failure of GIS equipment mostly occurs inside of the equipment.Therefore,it is of great significance to analyze the the security and stability of the interior of GIS equipment to monitor the running state in real time.Take ZF10B-126(145)gas-insulated metal-enclosed switchgear(GIS)as the research object,its internal structure is analyzed in this paper.The GIS state monitoring device is designed by using circuit breaker,voltage/current transformer,isolation switch,as well as partial discharge as the main monitoring content.So the monitoring contents and methods of the GIS state monitoring device are introduced in detail,and the design of the hardware circuit and software monitoring interf.ace are completed.USB2830 data acquisition card is selected as the core of data acquisition and processing in hardware circuit design,which function of data acquisition,filtering and isolation protection is designed for each monitoring content.data acquisition card is selected as the core of data acquisition and processing in hardware circuit design.For each monitoring content,the channel circuit is designed before data acquisition,and the functions of data conversion,filtering and isolation protection are realized.VB program language is used to design the software interface to display the data and waveform status of the monitoring contents,and the database is designed to store the monitoring data.Through testing,it is proved that the GIS state monitoring device designed in this paper can accurately collect data of monitoring contents.Finally,the GIS fault tree is constructed by using the method of fault tree analysis,and the fault analysis of the circuit breaker's current fault is carried out.Then the analysis results show that the fault tree analysis method can effectively analyze the fault data and determine the fault type of GIS equipment.
