| Since 2013,since the implementation of China’s "The Belt and Road" initiative,the coastal areas to promote the development of economic growth and foreign trade,have started planning the construction of international port.This article takes D port as the object of research and filling,and studies the forecast of its throughput and the layout planning of the functional area to guide the healthy and orderly planning and construction of D port.One of the most important indicators of port development is port throughput,and the number of throughput is very important for port development planning.First of all,this paper will put the quarterly forecast throughput as the input data of BP neural network;at the same time found that the influencing factors of Shandong province first,second industrial added value in Shandong province and the total volume of import and export trade and D port throughput has greater relevance,can be used for port throughput prediction.Secondly,from a variety of traditional throughput forecasting of selected multiple regression prediction method,D port as the research object,the port throughput of D were predicted and analyzed the existing disadvantages of traditional prediction methods,which can not fully reflect the development of the GDP effect of import and export trade volume and fixed investment and other factors on port throughput.In order to solve these problems in traditional forecasting,to construct BP neural network using MATLAB,select the D port throughput factors data as the research object and carries on the forecast,then to forecast fruit analysis,find out the difference between prediction results and the results of the traditional forecasting method of BP neural network,find the more excellent results.Finally,we use the obtained throughput data to plan the area of each functional area in the port area for the next three years.The SLP method is used to study the layout planning of the functional area of D port.This paper firstly summarized the related research method of SLP at home and abroad,including the SLP method and the basic principle,influence factors,implementation steps and application status of the basic content of the analysis,the current D port function area layout planning principles,steps,methods,layout patterns are summarized,analyzed the problems of the current layout D port function area planning problem.Secondly,the application of SLP to the layout and operation of D port functional area is analyzed,including the basic elements,the area of functional area and the comprehensive relationship between functional areas.Finally,several initial layout schemes are improved,and then combined with the actual situation and weighted factor comparison method,the best plan of D port is obtained.Pressure... |
