With the development of China's economy, the demand for electricity is increasing. Therefore, the safe and stable operation of power generation and power transmission system is very important. The connection parts in the high-voltage electric conveying system, especially the contacts, have the problems of overheating, melting, wearing and poor conductivity. At present, silver plating and electric compound grease are effective methods to improve the safety of contacts. However, because of the use of cyanide, silver plating does not meet the requirements of environmental protection. In this paper, magnetron sputtering silver, copper and aluminium were used instead of electroplating process to study the current-carrying tribological properties under the new process conditions. The research results of this paper are as follows:1.Electric composite grease was prepared with oil-soluble polyether(PAG-OSP 680)as base oil, bentonite as thickener and graphene as conductive additive. Its physical and chemical properties were tested. The current-carrying friction test results under copper-copper friction pair showed that it had good friction-reducing and wear-resisting properties and excellent electric conductivity.2.Aluminum,copper and silver coatings were prepared on copper and aluminium substrates by DC magnetron sputtering. The conductivity and Tribological Properties of the three coatings under current-carrying sliding conditions were studied. It was found that silver coatings had the best antifriction performance under current-carrying conditions and copper coatings had the best antiwear performance under current-carrying conditions.3.Through the analysis and calculation of the temperature field of the friction contact surface,it is found that shear stress is the main reason for the coating falling off.
