Research On Key Technologies In The Production Process Of A Missile

Missiles are an important weapon to enhance national military strength.Manufacturing accuracy and efficiency are important factors that must be considered in missiles production process.Compared with developed countries,China's missiles production mode is relatively under-developed.In order to further improve in terms of missiles production technology,this paper studies some key technologies involved in the production process of a certain type of missile.(1)Combining Digital Measuring Technique and Laser Scanning principles,the acquisition method and pre-processing technology of point cloud are studied,and then high quality point cloud is obtained.(2)According to the missiles assembly requirements,complete the overall design of the automatic docking production line.Firstly,the functional requirements of the production line are analyzed;the layout design of the production line is completed according to the production process requirements.Secondly,the design of the limit system is completed based on the reflective mirror photoelectric sensor;and finally,the logistics transmission equipment is designed.(3)According to the requirement of production line,complete the functional requirement analysis of assembly tooling,and finally design a kind of liftable assembly tooling.At the same time,aiming at the shortcomings of the current commonly used tooling adjustment methods,this paper analyzed the shortcomings,combined with practical work experience,through improving the tooling coordinate system establishment method to realize the optimization of adjustment method.Finally,the rationality of this method is verified by theoretical analysis and experiments.(4)Through the research of virtual simulation technology,it is applied to the dynamic simulation of missile assembly process to verify the rationality of assembly tooling and production line layout,find out the shortcomings in the assembly process ahead of time and realize optimization.
