Application Of Graphic Symbols Originated From Liaohe Culture In The Subway Station Space

Liaohe culture refers to the sum of material culture and spiritual culture based on the historical culture of Liaohe River Basin.Liaohe region is the earliest human activity relics in Northeast China,which accumulates abundant activities relics of Northeast ancestors,records the folk customs of the North,and has very regional characteristics.Not only Liaohe culture,but also each regional culture has its own unique material culture and spiritual culture,which are embodied in patterns,patterns,buildings and relics.In recent years,many cities in China have begun to construct Metro projects.Metro is the main mode of transportation in cities,and it is also an important public space to show the city’s culture and humanistic spirit.Regional culture influences the development trend of metro station space design and forms Metro culture.At the same time,Metro culture also promotes the development and promotion of regional culture.This paper takes things with Liaohe regional cultural characteristics as the research object.Based on the semiotic theory,that is,the structure of symbols,the relationship between symbols and symbols,and the artistry of symbols,this paper analyses the historical development process of Liaohe River and summarizes its cultural characteristics.Through literature review and field research,Liaohe River cultural materials with high familiarity were screened out.The selected design materials are designed by means of repetition of form,abstraction of form,logical reconstruction and other design techniques,and the graphic symbols with Liaohe River cultural characteristics are designed.Based on the analysis of practical cases,the previous design schemes are summarized and summarized.The graphic symbols with Liaohe cultural characteristics are applied to the space design of Metro stations.The design scheme of public space of metro stations with Liaohe regional characteristics is put forward,which adds cultural attributes to the Metro space.The metro station is used as a book to compose Liaohe culture and show the charm of Liaohe culture to the citizens.
