Research On Subject Interest Claim Of Power Supply Chain

The sustainable development of electric power industry is related to the stability of national economy and people's livelihood,and has a close relationship with the stable growth of social economy.The reform of power system has brought a series of opportunities and challenges to power supply chain.To a certain extent,the deepening of the reform of the power system has affected the interests of the main supply chain entities,including power generation enterprises,power grid enterprises,power sales enterprises and power users.The new electricity reform increases the uncertainty and conflict of interest among different subjects.Therefore,it is imperative to study the new power supply chain in the power market under the new situation and sort out the interest demands of different market participants.Firstly,this paper summarizes and combs the domestic and foreign research results on the power supply chain,power trading stakeholders'interest analysis and interest demands.Secondly,the theory of power supply chain and the electricity market and the electricity price theory related to the interests of power supply chain are studied.The above lays a theoretical foundation for identifying the interests of various market participants;then,it defines the main body of the power supply chain under the new situation,and expounds the impact of the new round of power system reform on the interests of all market participants;then it determines the main body's interests of the power supply chain under the new situation;on this basis,it constructs the main body's interests through quantitative analysis separately.The basic model of power supply chain and interest claim guarantee model are analyzed from the perspective of the overall profit of the supply chain.It is proved that the benefit claim guarantee model of power supply chain can improve the profit of power producers,power sellers and users.Then empirical research is carried out.Finally,from the management point of view,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from three aspects:improving market competition rules,accelerating medium and long-term market construction,and perfecting power supervision system to supplement the interest claim protection model,so as to promote the standardization and orderly development of market entities such as power grid companies,power generation companies and power sales companies.On the basis of clarifying the impact of the new round of power system reform policy on each trading entity,this paper establishes an interest claim protection model of power supply chain which meets the interests of power producers,sellers and consumers by quantifying the interests of each trading entity separately.The model can provide a scientific basis for power supply chain management and coordination of the main interests of the power supply chain.At the same time,it provides assistant decision-making information for relevant designers and planners,so as to enhance the cooperation among the main bodies of the supply chain and realize the win-win situation of the whole supply chain.In order to promote the optimal allocation of resources in the entire power industry,and promote the smooth implementation of the power system reform.
