With the rapid development of China's social economy,the market competition among manufacturing enterprises becomes more and more fierce.In the past,enterprises mainly focused on the research of production process and performance parameters,but now logistics is becoming the key to enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises.Among them,production logistics is the most core part of enterprise logistics,and it is also the most closely connected part of product production,and the hub of all links of production.Therefore,the study of enterprise production logistics system is the key to effectively reduce the production cost,shorten the production cycle,improve the production cycle,improve the enterprise production efficiency.At present,Chinese manufacturing enterprises mainly assemble the final products through various parts.However,the production process is independent,the production process and production layout are discrete,the enterprise production process can not achieve smooth and orderly.Therefore,the production logistics system is a complex discrete event system,which is difficult to be analyzed and studied with the traditional method based on mathematical modeling.At present,the most effective research method is computer simulation technology.Therefore,this study USES computer simulation technology Witness.Compared with the traditional research,Witness simulation technology can clearly and effectively describe the discrete system with a large number of random factors,and can effectively and conveniently analyze the uncertain and random event system.In this study,taking L bearing factory as the case,the production logistics system of L bearing plant was optimized by computer simulation technology to verify the feasibility of optimization measures.This paper firstly introduces the necessity of enterprises to optimize their own production logistics system under the background of the current era.In addition,the production logistics system of L bearing plant is summarized from both theoretical and practical aspects,so as to provide theoretical guidance and practical reference for the optimization and transformation of production logistics system of similar small and medium-sized enterprises.Secondly,it introduces the framework system of production logistics,the modeling andsimulation steps of discrete system and the application of Witness in the modeling and simulation of production logistics system.Then,based on the field investigation of the current situation and existing problems of the production logistics system of the L bearing plant,corresponding optimization measures were proposed.Finally,the simulation before and after system optimization was conducted with Witness simulation technology.The effectiveness of the optimization measures was verified through comparative analysis of the data before and after optimization.Finally,in order to ensure the smooth optimization of the production logistics system of L bearing plant,specific measures are proposed to guarantee the optimization of the production logistics system of the bearing plant in combination with the actual situation,so as to improve the production logistics system of the bearing plant,improve the production efficiency of the enterprise and enhance the market competitiveness of the enterprise.
