| With the gradual advancement of China’s electric power system reform from "separation of plant and network,bidding network”to "control the middle and open the two ends",the diversified competition pattern of electric power market has gradually formed.Especially,the reform of power selling side has gradually transformed the electric power market from the seller’s market to the buyer’s market,putting forward new requirements and new tests for the operation and management of "customer-centered" power grid companies.At the same time,as China’s economy adapts to the requirements of new formats and high-quality development,power grid companies are not only facing the growing demand for industrial expansion projects,but also facing more and more complex management.How to complete industrial expansion projects is the key point for power supply companies to improve power supply capacity and quality services,which also has a profound impact on the corporate image and customer satisfaction,especially on major customers.Share and loyalty.Firstly,this paper expounds the background and significance of the research on process management of industrial expansion project,as well as the research status at home and abroad;secondly,it systematically combs the relevant theories and methods of customer relationship management and project management of power grid company’s industrial expansion project;thirdly,according to the characteristics of power supply company’s industrial expansion project and its general process requirements,it analyses the strengthened projects of power supply company’s industrial expansion project.The necessity of project management is studied and summarized.The main problems in the process management of industrial expansion project of CX Power Supply Company are related to many departments,confused responsibilities and complicated steps,which lead to long construction cycle,waste of resources,imperfect information system,single and uncomfortable organizational form of industrial expansion project,and insufficient coordination among employees.Fourthly,in view of the above problems,using process management theory,including CPM,PERT,dynamic cycle monitoring and improvement theory and TOC theory in network planning technology,and aiming at the whole process management of schedule,resource planning and implementation monitoring of industrial expansion projects,a process analysis,identification and elimination industry based on constraint theory is constructed.The index system and process management improvement model of bottleneck resources for expansion projects are presented.Finally,taking ZY expansion project as a case study,the whole process of actual progress,resource planning,monitoring and management of expansion projects is optimized and improved,and the implementation countermeasures and suggestions are put forward. |
