With the development of economy,the speed of energy consumption in China is increasing,and the relationship between energy supply and demand is becoming increasingly tense.Among all the energy consumption,building energy consumption accounts for 30% of the total energy consumption of society.Building energy conservation is imminent.And making full use of renewable energy and developing distributed generation technology has become an effective way to solve global environmental problems and energy crisis.With the development of energy supply situation from centralized to distributed,renewable energy and other forms of energy will be complementary and comprehensive utilization,scientific use of energy has a very important theoretical and engineering value.In this paper,CPS system is applied to the energy supply side and energy demand side of the building energy system.The physical environment of the building is real-time perceived by the characteristics of reliable perception,real-time transmission,accurate control and trusted service of the CPS system.According to the actual environmental needs,the production of renewable energy in buildings and the HVAC system and lighting system in buildings are regulated to achieve the goal of "Maximum Energy Supply,Minimum Energy Consumption,Best Comfort".The main work is as follows:?In view of the complex and changeable physical environment inside and outside the building,this paper establishes a building CPS information perception model.Full access to indoor and outdoor information parameters,including monitoring outdoor meteorological information,provides conditions for the maximum productivity of the wind and solar renewable energy functional system.Monitoring indoor parameters and personnel distribution lays a foundation for the regulation and control of air conditioning system and lighting system.?Aiming at the output efficiency of building energy supply terminal,this paper establishes a control model of building energy supply terminal based on CPS,analyses the maximum power point tracking methods of traditional wind power system and photovoltaic system,and clarifies their shortcomings.Then,a maximum power point tracking method for wind power generation based on neural-fuzzy is proposed,and its effectiveness is proved by simulation experiments.?Aiming at the energy saving and control problem of building energy demand terminal,this paper adopts the fuzzy adaptive PID control algorithm to simulate the indoor HVAC system and lighting system,to solve the indoor temperature,humidity and illumination intensity affected by weather,time-varying and unpredictablefactors.Simulink simulation tool in MATLAB is used to simulate.By comparing with conventional PID,it can be seen that the fuzzy adaptive PID controller has fast adjustment speed,accurate output duty ratio and better control effect.
