Impact piezoelectric motor uses asymmetric sawtooth wave motion to achieve step-by-step drive,which shows good prospects in the field of cross-scale precision positioning.However,the non-resonant working state also makes the motor have low speed and small output torque,which can not meet the application requirements of power output occasions.Resonant impact piezoelectric motor can further improve the comprehensive performance of this kind of motor by utilizing the characteristics of high frequency and high power when the impact motor works in the resonant state.In this paper,a new type of resonant impact piezoelectric rotary motor based on asymmetric bending rotor structure is proposed.Through theoretical construction and analysis,structural modeling and simulation,and prototype manufacture and testing,the method of improving the power output ability of impact piezoelectric rotary motor is explored and verified.The main work includes:1.The construction idea of resonant impact piezoelectric rotary motor is put forward,and the system dynamics model of the inertial rotor structure is established.The conditions satisfying the frequency matching relationship are theoretically analyzed.The feasibility of the construction is verified by Simulink simulation and the motion characteristics of the inertial rotor are analyzed.2.The basic structure of the resonant impact piezoelectric rotary motor is designed,and methods of adjusting the natural frequencies of the two working modes are established.The variation trend of the natural frequencies of the working modes is analyzed by structural modal simulation,and the main structural parameters of the inertial rotor satisfying the frequency matching relationship are obtained.3.The prototype of piezoelectric motor is made and an experimental platform is built.The effect of waveform synthesis of inertial rotor is verified and the performance of the prototype is compared and tested.The experimental results show that the inherent vibration characteristics and waveform synthesis effect of the inertial rotor are consistent with the theory,and the prototype motor shows good power output performance when it works with resonance impact.This paper studies and verifies the feasibility of using asymmetrical bending rotor to construct resonant impact piezoelectric rotary motor.It shows that resonant impact piezoelectric driving mechanism has good application prospects in the field of cross-scale positioning driving.
