| Smart city is a new concept and new model of urban development in recent years,and it is another major breakthrough in the progress of science and technology.As an important part of urban construction,building information and digital construction is conducive to the construction and development of smart cities.The construction of smart city provides a different mode of thinking for urban managers.In recent years,the integration application of Building Information Modeling(BIM)and Geographic Information System(GIS)has been widely carried out and in-depth research.BIM is rich in building information that mainly used in the micro-level expression of the building itself.The GIS spatial analysis and visualization technology is used to realize the macro-level expression of the building model.The integrated application of BIM-GIS provides support decision support for the sustainable development of smart citiesThe paper mainly introduces the platform and data format of traditional 3D modeling and BIM modeling,and highlights the advantages of BIM modeling,and introduces the theoretical development and application of 3D GIS platform and the integration of the two,highlighting the necessity of the integration of the two.For the Problems in the field of construction for BIM-GIS fusion applications,this paper discusses the technology and method of integrated development of BIM and GIS macro-micro management,basde on this,the 3D building information management system based on SuperMap is developed.This article takes a company as an example,combines Revit platform for BIM modeling,realizes data intercommunication between BIM and GIS through SuperMap plug-in,and applies SuperMap Objects.NET component for secondary development.The system developed the visual domain analysis,burst tube analysis,fire escape simulation and other functions of the building model,and realized the visual display and asset information management of the BIM model in the 3D GIS platform,It also introduces the application value of the combination of the two in multiple fields,and enriches and perfects the integration ofBIM and 3DGIS. |
