The reliability of man-machine system refers to the ability of man and machine to maintain normal operation in a certain environment.The reliability of driving man-machine system is mainly aimed at the driver’s ability to drive safely.With the gradual popularization of automobiles and the frequent occurrence of driving accidents,the reliability study of automobile driving man-machine system is particularly important.It has important significance in protecting the lives and property of drivers and pedestrians.In order to comprehensively analyze the reliability of the human-machine system of automobile driving,this paper is divided into three main chapters,which are human,machine and environment.In the first chapter,the driver’s behavioral reliability is studied: aiming at the shortcomings of traditional driver’s behavioral model(perception,judgment,operation),mechanical and one-way,the traditional model is innovatively improved based on Markov chain theory,which makes the new model more flexible and calculates the driver’s behavioral reliability formula according to the model.The second major chapter evaluates driver reliability in multi-state environment: this chapter lists the main factors affecting driving environment,calculates the weights of factors by analytic hierarchy process,compares the weights and divides the factors into multi-states,calculates the membership degree of each factor by using the relevant theory of fuzzy mathematics,constructs the membership matrix,and combines the weights of factors with the membership matrix.Calculate the reliability of each state in multi-state environment.The third major chapter includes two aspects: 1)the study of mechanical maintenance and design and the comprehensive study of human,machine and environment.On the basis of comprehensive analysis of mechanical life cycle theory,considering the maintainability of mechanical equipment,the paper quantifies mechanical maintenance parameters by constructing mathematical models,and deduces mechanical maintenance parameters by combining Wei-bull distribution in reliability analysis.The variation function of reliability after maintenance is considered.2)Comprehensive analysis of the research results of human,machine and environment: through the construction of relevant model image,the interaction mechanism of the three elements is elaborated,and the reliability formula of driving human-machine system is optimized again combined with relevant mathematical equations,and the final reliability formula is obtained.
