Shaft parts are the main actuators of mechanical transmissions.During the process of transmission,the rotating shafts are subjected to various loads such as torque,axial force and bending moment.In some mechanical equipment,the torque,axial load and radial load of the rotating bearing need to be monitored and detected in real-time.At present,the torque sensor can only measure the pure torque,while bear and measure the axial load and radial load are not supported.Therefore,a grid elastic patch imaging method is proposed to monitor or detect the axial thrust and torque of the rotating shaft in real-time,which has strong theoretical significance and engineering application value.The main research work of this paper is as follows:1.Research on calculation method of stress and strain of rotating shaft.According to the characteristics of surface stress and strain of the rotating shaft subjected to axial thrust,torque and compression-torque loading,a theoretical method for calculating the real-time load of the rotating shaft by using the characteristic points of the surface characteristic area of the mesh elastic patch is derived by using the coordinate transformation of the spatial points.2.The ABAQUS method numerically simulates the rotating shaft model with mesh elastic patches.It is studied on the influence of the viscose layer of the finite element model on the surface stress and strain transfer on the surface of the model when the type of solid element and cohesive element are respectively used.The diameters of different rotating shafts,the thickness of the elastic patch and the different loading sizes are different for different types of adhesive layer elements.The degree of the influence of the characteristics of the surface feature area of the mesh elastic patch.3.Research on key techniques of extracting grid feature points by imaging method.The surface feature area of the mesh elastic patch changes before and after loading.The axial spacing of the loop line and the slope of the axial line are invoked as the criterion for the load size.By combining the Canny operator and the Hough edge detection method,the feature of the image feature area is extracted.4.The imaging method was used to test the rotating shaft load test.The main hardware selection and software design are carried out for the imaging method to testthe rotating shafts.The realization of the characteristic change of the loaded image can be obtained by the test method,and the purpose of directly outputting the rotating shafts load value is achieved.
