At the end of the last century,China has experienced rapid development in wind power industry.After 20 years of use,the wind turbines have successively experienced some faults during operation,such as yaw vibration,motor broom,blade fall,bearing burnout and even crash and so on,which most related to bearings.High quality bearing lubrication is of great significance to ensure the reliable operation of wind power equipment and prolong the service life of wind turbines.Therefore,it is an urgent problem to be solved to improve lubrication efficiency and extend use-life and reliability of wind power bearings by studying wind power bearing lubrication technology.In this paper,the wind turbine main shaft bearing is taken as the research object,and the main influencing factors of grease failure are studied by analyzing the flow distribution of grease inside the bearing,the lubrication process of the bearing and the flow characteristics of the grease in the bearing cavity by means of FLUENT software,to propose a reasonable lubrication strategy,to develop a centralized lubrication device for fans,and to develop the best fan operation and maintenance plan.The main work and results of this paper are as follows:(1)The flow field of grease lubrication in the bearing cavity was established by using SolidWorks software,and simulated based on FLUENT software.The main influencing factors of grease failure were studied by analyzing the distribution and flow velocity of grease in the bearing cavity under different working conditions.(2)Aiming at the current situation that the grease in the main bearing cavity of the wind turbine generator was solidified and difficult to be extracted,combined with the bearing structure of the wind power main shaft,the simulation of the vacuum discharge of the bearing cavity was carried out.A centralized lubrication system integrating waste oil recovery device was designed to solve the problem that the waste grease in the bearing cavity could not flow out and the new grease could not enter,and it had shown that a good performance in experiments after using the device.(3)The precautionary measures to prevent bearing failure were put forward,and the basic principles and strategies for wind power operation and maintenance were formulated by analyzing wind turbine main shaft bearing fault data and failure factors.
