Research On The Design Of Characteristic Blocks Of Shaheyan Resort Town In Dunhua Under The Regional Culture

Nowadays,with the focus on economic benefits,globalized architecture rises rapidly around the world in response to the current situation,which has caused a huge impact on the regional culture and traditional architecture in many regions,and has been gradually replaced.Looking around,a lot of buildings in cities are of the same style and style.Even in different regions,it is hard to feel the sense of difference that should exist between different cities.Architectural style,shape,form,space,color and other aspects of the difference,can give people this sense of difference.Especially under the situation of the convergence of architectural forms,we should pay more attention to the sense of difference which can reflect the regional culture.In the exploration and creation of architectural design scheme,we should fully research the different natural factors and human factors of the region where the building is located,and extract the local regional culture from these factors,then combine them with modern architectural concepts and advanced architectural techniques,make the final solutions to meet the functional requirements,also can inheritance and embody the local unique regional culture at the same time.This paper based on the related theory study and analysis of excellent cases at home and abroad,to realize the importance of the regional culture in architectural creation,from planning,architecture,space,landscape four aspects,summarizes the design techniques of the regional culture in the characteristics blocks of resort town,to combine the regional culture and architectural scheme creation much more better.At the same time,by means of comparison,induction and extraction,to analysis and study based on the actual project of the characteristic block of the Shaheyan resort town in Dunhua,Jilin province,to explore some laws of the design of the characteristic blocks of the resort town under the background of the regional culture,the main purpose is to understand the relationship between architectural scheme creation and regional culture.In this paper,based on the study and research of regional culture,to explore the creation of the characteristic block of resort town in the area of Dunhua,in the design of the characteristic block of the Shaheyan resort town,fully absorb the elements of layout,style and modeling of the local Korean traditional dwellings,and then refine it,making it have the regional and contemporary at the same time.In the process of creating the characteristic block of the Shaheyan resort town,the first step is to have a specific understanding of the regional culture of dunhua area,including its natural factors and human factors,and then apply it to the design.What needs to be paid attention to is that in the creation process of the program,the most important thing for the regional design is the presentation of its spirit and culture,rather than merely copying or imitating its form,which is the prerequisite for the creation under the background of regional culture.Under the guidance of regional design techniques in planning,architecture,space and landscape summarized in this paper,the specific details of the scheme are designed and created by extracting regional elements.To sum up,I hope that through study and analysis of the theory and successful cases,relying on project of the characteristic block of the Shaheyan resort town,under the background of the regional culture,to study and explore the positioning and creative methods of the characteristic blocks of the resort town,to provide a reference for the design and creation of characteristic blocks of holiday town under different regional cultures.
