With the improvement of modern machining efficiency and the rapid development of precision instrument technology,industrial production requires more and more processing precision for mechanical systems.Multi-station cold head forming machine has been widely used in various fields such as medical equipment,construction,machinery,aerospace and so on because of its high production precision,fast speed and basically no cutting.It is used to process fasteners and standards of specific shapes.Pieces and shaped pieces,etc.Fasteners are used to connect various electronic products and machines,so that the components can be successfully fastened together,and the quality and reliability of the fasteners can not be ignored.In view of the fact that the matching clearance between the main transmission mechanisms of the current multi-station cold heading forming machine cannot be detected,the cold heading conditions of the cold heading process cannot be obtained in time,resulting in problems such as machine vibration,heat generation and low processing precision of cold heading products.The dynamic model of the main drive mechanism of the cold heading machine with gap motion pair is used to analyze the influence of different matching clearance on the mechanical performance of the main drive mechanism of the cold heading machine,and then provide a kind of detection of the clearance of the main transmission parts of the cold heading machine based on the motion state data.The method conveniently realizes the detection of the matching gap between the main transmission parts of the cold heading machine,thereby ensuring the stability of the main transmission parts and the quality of the cold heading product.The main contents of the paper are as follows:Step 1,according to the performance parameters of the cold heading machine,the Solidworks software is used to construct the three-dimensional solid model of the main transmission component of the DBP-136 multi-station cold heading forming machine,and the three-dimensional model of the cold heading machine is simplified to obtain the crankshaft and the connecting rod sliding table.The mechanism firstly establishes a three-dimensional model of the matching gap between the crankshaft and the connecting rod rotating pair in the main transmission mechanism and the gap-free,and then establishes a different matching clearance model between the crankshaft and the connecting rod rotating pair.The model is imported into the dynamic simulation software ADAMS,and the parameters are set to provide the basis for the simulation and analysis below.Step 2: Using ADAMS,mathematical modeling of the main drive mechanism of the multi-station cold heading machine cold heading machine,and then kinematically simulating the main transmission parts of the multi-station cold heading forming machine to obtain the operation of the crankshaft and the sliding table parameter.The mechanical properties of the main transmission mechanism and the running stability of the crankshaft connecting rod under different matching clearance conditions are analyzed,as well as the operating characteristics under different operating parameters.Step 3: Using modern mechanical design theory and simulation analysis method,the matching gap between the main transmission components of the current multi-station cold heading machine's main transmission components can not be detected,and the trend of cold heading during cold heading is changing.Unable to obtain in time,the problem that the cold heading machine can not be used for early warning maintenance.The paper proposes a method of matching the gap between the main transmission parts based on the speed fluctuation.This method can conveniently realize the matching gap between the main transmission parts of the cold heading machine.The detection,improve the detection accuracy and accuracy,help the company to consider the matching clearance problem of the main transmission mechanism in the design stage of the cold heading machine,improve the motion stability of the main transmission parts of the multi-station cold heading machine and the cold rolling products.
