Urban road intersection is the node of road network which plays a vital role in the traffic operation of the whole region.The core of solving congestion is to improve the capacity of intersections,so that the capacity of intersections and sections can be matched.The traditional methods to improve the capacity of intersections mainly include road widening and reconstruction and optimization of traffic organization.It is easy to cause incremental traffic problems after widening,which is not conducive to the sustainable development of traffic.Therefore,it is particularly important to select more efficient traffic organization methods at intersections.This paper takes urban road signalized intersections as research objects.Firstly,based on the analysis of traffic flow characteristics and traffic control methods at signalized intersections,the existing parking line setting modes are mastered,and the headway characteristics of traffic flow at signalized intersections are quantitatively perceived.Based on the relationship between the three parameters of traffic flow,the critical speed is analyzed and identified,and the control index parameters of traffic flow modes are proposed.Secondly,the traffic flow characteristics and control at signalized intersections are proposed.Based on the analysis,the control model of parking line back-moving method was constructed.According to the basic idea of parking line back-moving method,the control parameters of parking line back-moving mode are formulated,and the parking line back-moving distance model is constructed according to different lane types.The process of building the model can be used for reference for other types of intersections.By setting penalty function,the multi-objective programming signal timing model is established.Finally,based on the established parking line back-moving distance model and base of signalized intersections.Based on the signal timing model of multi-objective programming parking line back-moving intersection with genetic algorithm,the control mode of parking line back-moving is solved,and the simulation comparison based on hypothesis model and single-point intersection based on example is carried out by VISSIM simulation.The comparison experiments are carried out and verified by examples.The research shows that the back-moving mode of parking line can significantly reduce the delay time and average parking times,make up for the operation defects of intersections with waiting areas,and verify the effectiveness of the back-moving mode of parking line at intersections based on critical speed.This paper proposes a new control model of traffic organization mode at level intersection,which provides theoretical support for finding new and more effective traffic organization mode.It is an important guarantee for realizing resource saving and environmental friendliness in highway management and construction in China.
