In recent years,we have witnessed the rapid growth and significant changes in the cruise industry.The cruise industry is one of the fastest growing and most dynamic parts of the entire tourism and leisure travel market.Its high consumption level and strong economic driving force make cruise tourism It has rapidly developed into one of the pillar industries in China.With the development of cruise tourism,the research on cruise tourism has gradually increased,but the research results of cruise image and behavior intention from the perspective of tourists perception are less.Therefore,with the convenience of the network text content analysis method,this paper uses the intelligent computer technology to climb the cruise travel comment text information published by the tourists on the mainstream travel social media.According to the concept of tourism image,combined with the characteristics of cruise tourism,from the cognitive and emotional Analyze with the overall three dimensions.The image recognition of cruise ships is analyzed from the aspects of tourist attraction,cruise facilities,travel crowds,leisure and entertainment,and cruise environment and atmosphere.The emotional image is calculated by emotional semantic analysis and emotional dictionary.The overall image is satisfied.Degree evaluation is a substitute;in the aspect of behavioral intention research,the behavior intention keyword is extracted according to the behavior intention concept,and the cruise behavior image perception,emotion and overall and behavior intention are obtained by establishing the behavior intention text and re-acquiring the recognition and emotion value.Relationship between.According to the results of the analysis,the reference is put forward to promote mutual adaptation of tourists and cruise tourism,to meet the needs of both parties to the maximum extent,to improve the perception of both sides under the premise of improving the accuracy of publicity,and to provide reference for promoting the healthy balance development of cruise tourism.
