CPI Power Enterprise Safety And Health Environment(HSE)management Diagnosis And Improvement Studies

As China's industrialization process continues to advance,safe and environmental protection face pressure and challenges,the electric power enterprise in the introduction of safety,health and environmental management system standard,and promote nosa integrated management in the process of enterprise,directed at specific HSE management case do a study,improve and diagnosis is up to the nosa management goal should be solved.This paper studies the HSE management of state power investment group Co.,Ltd.HSE management is a comprehensive management system covering the safety,occupational health and environmental protection of power enterprises,the HSE management is an innovative management of state power investment group Co.,Ltd.Starting from relevant literature on HSE management,this paper analyzes the status of HSE management in CPI power enterprises,finds out existing problems in HSE management,and in-depth analysis on related management problems.The study found that the contradiction between the shortage of human,material,financial resources and the heavy production task is the key to the normal operation of the HSE system,under the current situation,and it is necessary to strengthen the management of equipment and facilities on the production site by improving measures of human,machine,material,law and environment.On this basis,this paper proposes a PDCA continuous improvement plan based on the internal comprehensive review mode to transform the external driving force into the internal driving force.Finally,based on the analysis of the system operation,the fuse of electric power enterprise safety production management system and HSE management to ensure the HSE management effect,puts forward the implementation of the HSE practical management tool,the electric power enterprise "and"cultural and the production site programmed form.
