A Study Of Landscape Design In Hualong Lake Scenic Area In Xingye County Based On Regional Culture

In recent years,as tourism industry booms,the planning and construction of various tourist scenic spots are in full swing.Thus,people pay more attention to material life as well as the pursuit of spiritual culture.However,regional characteristics are often ignored for the severe homogenization of tourist attractions.Insufficient design features and the lack of regional culture have become a common and prominent problem in domestic scenic spots.Based on regional culture,this paper analyzes regional culture and landscape design,thus discussing their relationship and studying the material expression carrier and expression method of regional culture in landscape design,so as to inspire the landscape design of tourist attractions.The landscape design elements are formed by extracting the regional cultural elements of Hualong lake scenic spot,Xingye County.Meanwhile,the landscape design idea of Hualong lake scenic spot that is based on regional culture is put forward by utilizing the material expression carrier and expression method of regional culture.The following conclusions were obtained after research:(1)The application of regional culture in landscape design has been explored.Through the study of the related concepts and theories of landscape design and regional culture in tourist attractions,the mutual influence between them is summarized.Namely,by fully exploring regional culture,the scape design elements have been formed based on the fully exploring of regional culture,which helps to achieve the expression of regional culture in landscape design through the using of the material expression carrier and expression method of regional culture.(2)Landscape design elements has been proposed by integrating and refining the regional culture of the research area.The regional cultural characteristics of the research area are summarized from the aspects of natural environment and history,with emphasis on the contents of Lingnan garden,imperial examination culture,architectural culture,religious culture and folk culture.Through material expression carriers such as buildings,brick paving,landscape sketches,plants and water bodies,as well as expression methods such as direct expression,scene representation,metaphor interpretation,symbol processing and abstract and concise,landscape design elements are extracted and their expression forms are summarized.(3)The landscape design of research area has been accomplished according to its own regional characteristics and surrounding environment.Through preliminary field research and site analysis,the design elements are integrated into the landscape design of the scenic spot and coordinated with the surrounding environment by using the expression carrier and expression method of regional culture.In the landscape design of research area,the focal regional characteristics relating to the imperial examinations,architecture,religion,folk culture and native plants have been demonstrated in the landscape design of Hualong Lake,such as its entrance plaza,fountains,drop water area,Lilong culture square,ecological wetland and so on.This paper puts forward the landscape design strategy and suggestions of Hualong lake scenic spot,which has certain reference and significance for the landscape design of cultural tourism scenic spot.
