Research On Innovative Design Of Landscape Culture In Tourist Towns

In the modernization construction of China,with the national new pattern urbanization,tourism has been gradually becoming a driving force for national economic development.With the improvement of people’s living quality,people also tend to have more work and life pressure and,in their spare time,more and more people start to yearn for serene country life,which turns their travel destination into towns instead of cities.Over the past few years,there has been a rise of cultural tourism,town tourism and ecological tourism.The construction of tourist towns has been included in the national new pattern urbanization,and the construction of characteristic landscape of towns also has become a highlight in the whole construction of tourist towns.However,some chaotic landscape designs have occurred in the recent urbanization,for they worship western architecture style blindly and break historical roots of local culture.The research emphasis of this thesis will be put on how to present characteristic regional culture in landscape and landscape architecture,in order to create unique landscape features in those tourist towns.The author takes Yinshang culture in Hanling Town,Anyang as the study case here.Hanling is a town located in Anyang,and with Yinxu Museum as its tourism resource,the town has potential economic developmental prospect.First,the author will study the history of Yinshang culture in this region,to identify its core culture and collect its cultural elements which will be innovated and re-constructed under the guidance of aesthetics and then apply those renewed cultural symbols into the landscape and landscape architecture of the towns.As for cultural renaissance,it is not merely sole duplication yet should be complied with the times,with its key point on innovation.This thesis will not just extract and apply those cultural symbols,but applies means of abstraction and simplification,permutation and combination,transformation and reconstruction,based on aesthetics,to transform its original modeling yet meanwhile achieve modern aesthetics and keep its cultural characteristics.Then it will apply those innovative and reconstructed cultural symbols into landscape and landscape architecture,to offer people a distinctive spiritual experience and aesthetic sensation.An the same time,it will probe deep into its cultural connotation,distill cultural symbols and figure out a series of methods for for creation and research that produces cultural symbols,so as to offer constructions of other towns some reference value.The author deduces tradition in new form,expecting to change the fact that some tourist towns lack their original features and aiming to attract people’s attention towards cultural roots.After all,designers shoulder the responsibility of inheriting traditional culture.
