With the continuous growth of passenger travel demand,passengers' expectations of railway passenger station services are getting higher and higher.Waiting as an important part of passenger organization in railway passenger station,the level of waiting service directly affects the overall service level of railway passenger station.In order to ensure passengers' safe travel and improve the experience and perception of passenger waiting service,it is very difficult for the existing waiting room capacity of the station to meet the passengers' waiting needs in the case of large passenger flow such as secondary security check,train stoppage,large area late or the Spring Festival transport season,even because of the safety risk caused by overcrowding.Therefore,it is necessary to open temporary waiting areas in time according to the passenger flow situation.The setting of temporary waiting area will inevitably affect the passenger flow of passenger station.Therefore,this paper focuses on the research of the inbound streamline reengineering caused by the temporary waiting.The specific contents are as follows:(1)This paper systematically combs the theory of passenger waiting and streamline analysis at railway passenger stations.Firstly,the classification and mode of waiting room,waiting capacity and its influencing factors are elaborated,and the classification and characteristics of railway passenger streamlines,streamline organization principles and existing problems,streamline relief and optimization methods are analyzed in turn.(2)The passenger temporary waiting capacity model of railway passenger station is constructed.This paper puts forward the definition,reasons and basic characteristics of passenger temporary waiting area,optional passenger temporary waiting area,and establishes the calculation model of maximum aggregation number and waiting room area.When the per capita waiting area reaches the capacity red line,the station staff need to organize passengers to the temporary waiting area,so as to construct the calculation model of temporary waiting capacity of various places,focusing on solving the existing waiting area energy that where the passengers waiting temporarily when there are not strong enough.(3)Establish the reengineering model of inbound streamline.Statistical data of passenger waiting demand survey are collected by SPSS software.The types,demands and layout of inbound passenger flow are analyzed.The inbound reengineering flow line of passenger temporary waiting is established.The problem of how to reengineer the inbound flow line of passenger temporary waiting is solved,and the key links are analyzed.Then,from the point of view of generalized passenger cost and station service cost,the temporary waiting passengers are divided into the first category and the second category to establish a two-objective evaluation model of the inbound re-engineering streamline.(4)Case study on passenger temporary waiting area and inbound streamline reengineering at Shanghai Hongqiao Station.The basic data are obtained through the field survey of Hongqiao Station,and the law of passenger aggregation is simulated by MATLA1B.The maximum aggregation number,waiting area of waiting room and waiting capacity of each temporary waiting area of Hongqiao Station are calculated.AnyLogic software is selected to simulate the streamline reconstruction process of Hongqiao Station during the Spring Festival transport season,and the simulation results are analyzed and evaluated.It shows that the study of temporary waiting area is meaningful.This paper consists of 66 figures,21 tables and 57references.
