| Masonry structure in China has more than thousands of years of civilization history,the volume of a wide range,affected by a variety of factors,masonry structure wall experience of various forms of cracks,resulting in endangering the overall structure of the House safety.Especially for the housing Construction Management Department of the Railway Enterprises,the Yinchuan Room construction section of the 1248 km railway line on both sides of the station area housing structure equipment is 95%of the masonry construction,and most of the construction time is in the early 90,according to the Spring and autumn inspection of the data,some "four power" houses have appeared wall cracks phenomenon,"four power" Housing is for communications,signals,traction power supply,electricity four professional equipment to provide protection of the house,indoor traffic signal communication equipment is to ensure the safety of railway operation of the heart,once the house wall cracking phenomenon,indoor driving equipment safety hidden danger will multiply,seriously endanger driving safety.Although the Housing Management department has invested a lot of funds to carry out reinforcement and repair,but because the cause of wall cracks and reinforcement measures are not deeply studied,so that the effect of reinforcement and repair is not good,and some even carried out two repair,resulting in the waste of human,material and financial resources,Therefore,it is an urgent problem to study the causes of cracks in the wall of the station area along the railway in the cold area,and to formulate a set of feasible wall reinforcement and repair plan.In this paper,the causes of wall cracks in Ning Southeast railway station area under the jurisdiction of Yinchuan Housing section,combined with the actual situation around the railway,the cause of wall cracks in masonry structure is studied by means of time observation and recording method,and the idea of "different parts and different methods" is adopted,with the aim of-"difference of location and method" respectively.The reinforcement scheme is put forward for the inner wall and the foundation under the wall,and it is applied in the reinforcement and repair of the houses in some railway station areas.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)By means of time observation and recording method can be more accurate and comprehensive research and analysis of the nature of the wall cracks and the speed of development change,to determine the cause of wall cracks is more effective;(2)The main causes of cracks in the walls of houses along the railway are the uneven settlement of the foundation,the vibration of the train and the improper watering of the small vegetable garden next to the Scatterwater,which causes the wall foundation to be soaked in water for a long time.(3)through "different parts,the idea of different methods" the external wall crack adopts the steel wire mesh whole wall reinforcement method,the inner wall adopts the reinforcement method of reinforcement,the foundation of the exterior wall body adopts the reinforcement method,the foundation of the inner wall wall adopts the grouting reinforcement method,can achieve the expected reinforcement goal,and the construction is convenient,the cost is economical,the effect is obvious. |
