At present,the power industry is expanding in scale and its operation mode and structure are becoming more and more complex.With the popularization of information infrastructure,it is an innovative means to improve the efficiency of supervision and reduce the cost of supervision.The realization of the power business license "online declaration,online processing,online approval,online supervision" provides an opportunity.On this basis,the development of the "Power Business License Supervision Service Platform" will make full use of information technology,integrate business processes and market data,integrate licensing access,post-certification supervision,and promote the standardization and service of the power market,and achieve external services and supervision.The internal business processing and information sharing have important practical significance and value for the cross-development of power supervision.Based on the b/s design system,this paper summarizes the current situation and development of the power business license supervision service based on the comparison of the traditional supervision methods.The background,significance and necessity of the system are analyzed according to the actual demand analysis of the power regulatory agency.Based on the basic theory and method of software engineering,the research and development of the system platform is carried out.Firstly,through the scope,form,organizational structure and business process of power business license,this paper analyzes the five functional requirements of system declaration,approval,supervision,statistical analysis and system management in detail.The design requirements of the database are studied,and non-functional requirements such as system performance requirements,operating development environment and related technologies are put forward,which lays a solid foundation for system development.Secondly,according to the requirements analysis results and design principles,the overall design of the system is used to determine the system architecture system and module structure,and on this basis,the design ideas of structure and component are followed.Using the Microsoft Visual Studio platform as a development environment,C# and SQL Server databases are introduced to design the five major functions of the system's business license,and the system security is studied and designed.With the system platform function design implementation to solve the actual needs.Finally,the function and performance of the system are verified through system testing and actual operation.The results show that the system meets the design requirements and is used in accordance with the development purpose,providing a basis for the promotion and application.Research and application of the system platform provides an efficient system platform for the power regulatory agency to supervise and serve the power market activities.By fully integrating the power market data,it has achieved the access supervision and follow-up dynamic supervision of business licenses.We will effectively improve regulatory efficiency and reduce regulatory costs.Has a good promotion value and social benefits.
