In recent years,with the rapid development and complexity of large-span space steel structures,space steel structures have collapsed during the installation process,causing many casualties and heavy economic losses.In order to ensure the safety of the installation process,it is urgent to strengthen the monitoring and mechanical behavior of the steel structure during the construction of large-span space.Based on the structure of the steel shed in Haidong City,this paper combines the block hoisting method with the high-altitude bulk method according to the structural characteristics of the steel shed,and formulates the installation plan of the Haidong Stadium steel shed.Using the method of elements killed and alived,using the MIDAS/GEN finite element software,a finite element model for simulating the installation process of the steel shed was established,and the stages were calculated according to the installation sequence.The stress and deformation of the components in each installation stage are analyzed,and the maximum stress and deformation of the steel shed are given in the installation stage.The internal force and deformation of the final stage structure are compared with the one-time forming structure,and the temperature effect on the construction stage is also compared.After analysis,the main conclusions are as follows:(1)The structure transmits force along the path of the upper chord ? the belly rod ?the lower chord ? the steel column-the concrete stiff column,and the larger part of the force appears on the lower chord and the column,so this part needs to be given more attention during the construction period.(2)With the development of the installation process,the structural stress and deformation are increasing.After the removal of the tire frame,the phenomenon of surge increases,and the stress and deformation reach the maximum,indicating that the installation of the tire frame is a dangerous stage of installation;(3)After the installation is completed,the displacement,stress and supporting reaction force of the main nodes are very similar to those of the primary forming structure.The distribution law is the same.The maximum displacement and stress increase by about 5%,and the maximum support reaction force increases by about 26.4%,within the allowable range;(4)The final stage of installation is more than the unremoved stage of the tire frame.The structural stress ratio has increased overall,the maximum stress ratio has increased by11%,compared with the primary forming structure by 16%,and the stress ratio is less than 1,indicating that the construction scheme can achieve better design aims;(5)When the temperature rises and cools down during the construction phase,the temperature effect stress is generally larger than that of the primary forming structure,up to59.4%;the vertical displacement is similar to that of the primary forming structure,and the joint displacement is generally too large,up to 46.3%,indicating construction.The temperature process should be considered during the installation process.
