The eastern part of Inner Mongolia is long and cold in winter,with strong solar radiation,long sunshine hours and high UV intensity.It has the characteristics of large annual temperature difference,large daily temperature difference,high cold and strong ultraviolet light.Due to national policies,ten full coverage of agricultural and pastoral areas,and the requirement of building four good roads in rural areas,ordinary asphalt has been unable to meet the demand for use,and the asphalt has been modified to meet the needs of road use.However,the modified asphalt with a single modifier can not meet the needs of the road under the climatic characteristics of the eastern part of Inner Mongolia.Based on the climatic characteristics of the eastern Inner Mongolia and the research status of the modified asphalt,the special composite of the eastern Inner Mongolia region is studied.Modified asphalt.The main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)Determining the preparation process of composite modified asphalt:the matrix asphalt is baked in a 140? oven for 1 h,and 500 g of the matrix asphalt is weighed and heated on the experimental furnace.The speed of the high-speed shearing machine is 3000 r/min,when the temperature reaches When the temperature is between 160? and 180?,the speed of the high-speed shear is adjusted to 5000r/min.After the rubber powder is sheared for 30 minutes,SBR latex,polyphosphoric acid,epoxy resin and curing agent are added successively.After 30 min,it was placed in a 140? oven and allowed to stand for 30 min to prepare a composite modified asphalt.(2)It is determined by three major indicators and viscosity test:the rubber powder is 0?10%;the SBR latex is 2%to 5%;the polyphosphoric acid is 1%to 2%;The oxygen resin content ranges from 2%to 6%;the shear time is from 30 minutes to 60 minutes;the shear rate is 3000r/min when no modifier is added,and the shear rate is 5000r/min after the addition of the modifier.The shearing temperature is between 160? and 180?;the order of addition of the modifier is:rubber powder,SBR latex,polyphosphoric acid,epoxy resin.(3)Based on the response surface analysis software,optimize the preparation process of composite modified asphalt,analyze the influence of the interaction between each preparation parameter and preparation parameters on the perfonnance of composite modified asphalt,and fit the model equation to obtain the preparation parameters and compound.The response surface diagram of the modified asphalt performance is used to clarify the influence of preparation parameters on the performance of the composite modified asphalt.The results showed that the rubber powder content increased from 2.9%to 7.1%,the viscosity increase ranged from 600s to 1200s,the brittle point decreased from-14? to-18?,and the polyphosphoric acid content increased from 1.2%to 1.7%.The viscosity increases from 600s to 800s;the epoxy resin content increases from 3.2%to 4.9%,the viscosity increases from 600s to 1000s,and the brittle point decreases from-16? to-18?.(4)Eight groups of good performance were selected by response surface analysis software.The performance indexes of viscosity,brittle point,penetration,softening point and ductility were comprehensively analyzed.The three groups with the best performance in the 8 groups were:A,B and 24th.(5)The high temperature rheological properties of the composite modified asphalt were tested by dynamic shear rheometer(DSR).The rutting factor and phase angle of the four asphalts were tested.The results show that the composite modified asphalt of B has better performance.High temperature stability,and the viscoelasticity of composite composite asphalt No.B is better.(6)Ultraviolet aging and weathering test chamber was used to simulate the UV aging of composite modified asphalt.The asphalt was evaluated by detecting the penetration degree,softening point,15? ductility and 135? Saybolt viscosity index of the composite modified asphalt before and after aging.Anti-aging performance,the results show that:No.24 composite modified asphalt has the best UV aging resistance.(7)The composite modified asphalt was studied for the adhesion layer and the filling joint,and the field test section was verified.The results show that the composite modified asphalt prepared by the research has better effect as the adhesive layer oil than the emulsified asphalt;when the asphalt is used for the jointing,the performance of the modified asphalt is better than that of the matrix asphalt.
